基于Source模型的祖厲河流域水質(zhì)水量一體化調(diào)控研究

【摘要】:由于流域環(huán)境的持續(xù)變化,加之經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展對水資源需求及污染物排放量不斷增加,黃河正面臨水資源短缺、水環(huán)境惡化等問題交織的嚴(yán)峻局面,急需系統(tǒng)研究水質(zhì)水量一體化管理模型和方法,基于水資源和水環(huán)境承載能力優(yōu)化河流水量過程、改善水環(huán)境。為解決黃河流域水質(zhì)水量問題,通過對國際上通用的模型對比分析,采取引進(jìn)、吸收、改進(jìn)、應(yīng)用的方式,引入Source模型進(jìn)行流域水量水質(zhì)一體化調(diào)控的研究工作。在詳細(xì)分析國內(nèi)外水質(zhì)水量一體化調(diào)控研究進(jìn)展與存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上,引入了Source模型系統(tǒng),深入了解模型的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,進(jìn)行模型的本土化和適應(yīng)性改進(jìn),增強(qiáng)模型在黃河水質(zhì)水量一體化管理中的適用性。以黃河支流祖厲河為典型流域,在GIS技術(shù)和空間數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,研究分析祖厲河流域產(chǎn)流、產(chǎn)污的機(jī)理,建立了祖厲河流域水質(zhì)水量一體化調(diào)控模型系統(tǒng),開展產(chǎn)流、產(chǎn)污模擬;從改善植被、控制取水、壓縮排污等方面提出實施流域水質(zhì)水量一體化調(diào)控的手段,并開展了水質(zhì)水量一體化調(diào)控研究,推薦了水質(zhì)與水量一體化配置方案,實現(xiàn)祖厲河流域產(chǎn)流、產(chǎn)污過程模擬和水質(zhì)水量一體化控制,達(dá)到流域水質(zhì)水量雙控的目標(biāo)。通過祖厲河流域水質(zhì)水量一體化調(diào)控方案的模擬,展示了Source模型在流域水質(zhì)水量一體化調(diào)控功能和實現(xiàn)手段,為黃河流域水質(zhì)水量一體化調(diào)控研究和實踐提供了借鑒。
[Abstract]:Due to the continuous change of the basin environment, coupled with the increasing demand for water resources and the discharge of pollutants from the economic and social development, the Yellow River is facing a serious situation of shortage of water resources and deterioration of the water environment. It is urgent to systematically study the integrated management model and method of water quality and quantity to optimize the river water quantity process and improve the water environment based on the carrying capacity of water resources and water environment. In order to solve the problem of water quality and quantity in the Yellow River Basin, through the comparative analysis of the models commonly used in the world, the integrated regulation and control of water quantity and quality of the Yellow River Basin is studied by introducing, absorbing, improving and applying Source model. Based on the detailed analysis of the research progress and existing problems of integrated regulation and control of water quality and quantity at home and abroad, the Source model system is introduced, the structure and function of the model are deeply understood, and the localization and adaptability of the model are improved. The applicability of the enhanced model in the integrated management of water quality and quantity of the Yellow River. Taking Zuli River, a tributary of the Yellow River, as a typical basin, on the basis of GIS technology and spatial data, the mechanism of runoff production and pollution production in Zuli River Basin is studied and analyzed, and the integrated control model system of water quality and quantity in Zuli River Basin is established to carry out runoff production. Simulation of pollution production; From the aspects of improving vegetation, controlling water intake and reducing discharge, this paper puts forward the means of implementing the integrated regulation and control of water quality and quantity in the river basin, and carries out the research on the integrated regulation and control of water quality and quantity, and recommends the integrated allocation scheme of water quality and water quantity. To realize the simulation of runoff production, pollution production process and integrated control of water quality and quantity in Zuli River Basin, and to achieve the goal of double control of water quality and quantity in Zuli River Basin. Through the simulation of the integrated control scheme of water quality and quantity in Zuli River Basin, this paper shows the function and realization means of Source model in the integrated regulation and control of water quality and quantity in the basin, which provides a reference for the research and practice of integrated regulation and control of water quality and quantity in the Yellow River Basin.
