碼頭設(shè)計(jì)AUTOCAD數(shù)據(jù)向S-57標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換的研究

【摘要】:隨著國際海運(yùn)量的迅速增長(zhǎng),一大批新建港口與碼頭正在不斷涌現(xiàn)。在新建港口與碼頭之前,應(yīng)結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)氐娘L(fēng)流條件、水域環(huán)境等因素,通過船舶模擬試驗(yàn)或其他方式獲取相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)與信息,從而對(duì)該工程的合理性與可行性進(jìn)行論證,對(duì)該工程是否安全可靠提供科學(xué)依據(jù),并保障船舶在該區(qū)域航行、停靠時(shí)的安全。因此,依據(jù)港口設(shè)計(jì)AUTOCAD數(shù)據(jù)獲取精確的符合S-57標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的海圖數(shù)據(jù),一方面對(duì)碼頭建設(shè)具有重要意義,另一方面也為獲取船舶模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)海圖提供一種較為便利的方法。 本論文主要完成以下研究?jī)?nèi)容: (1)AUTOCAD數(shù)據(jù)與S-57數(shù)據(jù)分析; 實(shí)際當(dāng)中AUTOCAD常被用作碼頭方案設(shè)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行繪制圖形、獲得數(shù)據(jù)等工作,而S-57標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)則是電子海圖國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)。在分析兩者差異、進(jìn)行AUTOCAD數(shù)據(jù)向S-57標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換之前,應(yīng)對(duì)兩者在數(shù)據(jù)編碼、數(shù)據(jù)格式上進(jìn)行深入分析。 (2)分析兩者數(shù)據(jù)差異并提出初步轉(zhuǎn)換方法; 在深入分析AUTOCAD數(shù)據(jù)與S-57標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)的編碼、結(jié)構(gòu)之后,對(duì)于兩種數(shù)據(jù)之間存在的差異進(jìn)行分析,并針對(duì)兩者數(shù)據(jù)特點(diǎn),對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換時(shí)需進(jìn)行的工作進(jìn)行分析,分別對(duì)坐標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換和圖形轉(zhuǎn)換提出初步的轉(zhuǎn)換方法。 (3)實(shí)際操作驗(yàn)證方法可行性; 在提出兩者數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換思路與初步方法之后,選取某地碼頭設(shè)計(jì)AUTOCAD數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)于其中的岸線、航道線等船舶模擬試驗(yàn)所需的重要數(shù)據(jù)借助MapInfo以及FME(S57plug-in for FME)等工具進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)換,從而為今后AUTOCAD數(shù)據(jù)全面轉(zhuǎn)換為S-57標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)提供一種方法和思路。
