大崗山水電站臨時(shí)承載索過江工藝改進(jìn)
[Abstract]:In the process of crossing the river with the temporary bearing cable of Dagangshan Hydropower Station, due to the winding of the reciprocating rope, the force of the guiding wheel is too large and the force of the guide wheel is too large, resulting in low application efficiency. At the same time, the temporary bearing cable has a large sag across the river, which affects the safety of the buildings below. For this reason, the structure and technology of temporary bearing cable crossing are improved, and the temporary bearing cable is locked on the lifting pulley of cable machine trolley by lifting traction rope, and the temporary bearing cable is pulled across the river through the cooperation of cable machine car and reciprocating rope. The practice shows that this technology reduces the force of hoist, reciprocating rope and the sag of temporary bearing cable, shortens the application time of temporary bearing cable, and improves the construction efficiency of cable machine demolition operation in hydropower project. Reducing security risk has reference value.
