基于Excel-VBA與CATIA的拱壩有限元參數(shù)化建模方法

【摘要】:由于拱壩的體形越來越復(fù)雜,拱壩的建模難度越來越大。利用VBA對Excel進行二次開發(fā),得出CATIA拱壩建模中所需的fog規(guī)則,根據(jù)這些fog規(guī)則直接在CATIA的GSD模塊中生成拱壩上下游拱圈線,快捷高效地建立了雙曲拱壩模型,為此后的拱壩仿真計算節(jié)約了大量的時間。實例表明,Excel-VBA與CATIA的結(jié)合使用,使拱壩精細化建模過程可完全進行模塊化、參數(shù)化處理,為拱壩這種復(fù)雜體形的有限元建模提供了便利。
[Abstract]:Because the shape of arch dam becomes more and more complex, the modeling of arch dam becomes more and more difficult. Through the secondary development of Excel with VBA, the fog rules needed in the modeling of CATIA arch dam are obtained. According to these fog rules, the upper and lower arch lines of arch dam are generated directly in the GSD module of CATIA, and the hyperbolic arch dam model is established quickly and efficiently. It saves a lot of time for the simulation calculation of arch dam. The example shows that the combination of Excel-VBA and CATIA makes the fine modeling process of arch dam completely modular and parameterized, which is convenient for the finite element modeling of the complex shape of arch dam.
