水工瀝青混凝土低溫抗裂性能的影響因素研究

【摘要】:水工瀝青混凝土的低溫抗裂性能是影響其工程應用的一個重要因素,目前國內(nèi)采用凍斷溫度來評價水工瀝青混凝土低溫抗裂性能。本文依托呼和浩特抽水蓄能電站瀝青混凝土面板的配合比設計,研究了不同瀝青品種、瀝青含量、骨料級配、填料含量等對瀝青混凝土凍斷溫度的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明,瀝青性能是影響瀝青混凝土低溫凍斷溫度的關鍵因素,其中瀝青的脆點和5℃延度與瀝青混凝土的凍斷溫度有較好的相關性,而配合比對對凍斷溫度的影響較小。得到的結(jié)論可供相關工程及后續(xù)科研工作參考。
[Abstract]:Low-temperature cracking resistance of hydraulic asphalt concrete is an important factor affecting its engineering application. At present, freeze-break temperature is used to evaluate the low-temperature crack resistance of hydraulic asphalt concrete. Based on the mix ratio design of asphalt concrete face of Hohhot pumped storage power station, the effects of different asphalt varieties, asphalt content, aggregate gradation and filler content on freezing temperature of asphalt concrete are studied in this paper. The experimental results show that the asphalt performance is the key factor affecting the freezing temperature of asphalt concrete at low temperature, in which the brittle point and ductility of asphalt have a good correlation with the freezing temperature of asphalt concrete, and the freezing temperature of asphalt concrete is closely related to the brittle point of asphalt and the ductility of 5 鈩,
