新型便攜式防滲堵漏灌漿設(shè)備及其工程應(yīng)用

【摘要】:引黃入洛工程隧洞部分襯砌段需要進(jìn)行防滲堵漏灌漿處理,由于隧洞埋深大、灌漿部位與地面灌漿設(shè)備距離長(zhǎng)、防滲堵漏需要的灌漿量不大,因此常規(guī)的灌漿設(shè)備體型大、操作復(fù)雜,在此使用效率低、灌漿浪費(fèi)大。為解決現(xiàn)有灌漿設(shè)備用于小范圍、間隙式、少漿量防滲堵漏等灌漿施工的技術(shù)局限性,研發(fā)了便攜式灌漿設(shè)備。該設(shè)備由加壓接口、儲(chǔ)漿筒、進(jìn)料口、密封機(jī)構(gòu)及出漿接口構(gòu)成,通過(guò)動(dòng)力源將加壓氣體注入密封儲(chǔ)漿筒中形成高壓氣體,通過(guò)高壓氣體將儲(chǔ)漿筒中的漿體注入縫隙或空隙進(jìn)行封堵防滲。利用隧洞內(nèi)的空壓機(jī)等動(dòng)力源作為高壓空氣源,直接在灌漿部位附近拌制灌漿液,可以進(jìn)行單液、雙液或多液灌漿,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、質(zhì)量輕、制作經(jīng)濟(jì)、操作簡(jiǎn)單,使用和維修成本低,可隨意移動(dòng),已成功應(yīng)用于隧洞工程的防水堵漏灌漿施工。工程實(shí)踐表明,該灌漿設(shè)備能有效地降低施工成本,效率高、效果好,工程適用性很強(qiáng),具有推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Due to the large buried depth of the tunnel, the distance between the grouting site and the ground grouting equipment is long, the grouting quantity required for the seepage prevention and leakage blocking is not large, so the conventional grouting equipment is large, and the grouting equipment is large because of the large buried depth of the tunnel and the long distance between the grouting site and the ground grouting equipment. The operation is complex, the use efficiency is low, and the grouting waste is large. In order to solve the technical limitation of the existing grouting equipment used in the grouting construction, such as small scope, gap type and less grouting quantity, the portable grouting equipment has been developed. The equipment is composed of a pressure interface, a pulp storage tube, a feed port, a sealing mechanism and a slurry outlet. The pressurized gas is injected into the sealed slurry storage tube through the power source to form a high pressure gas. Through the high pressure gas, the slurry in the storage tube is injected into the gap or gap to seal the anti-seepage. Using the air compressor and other power sources in the tunnel as the high pressure air source, mixing the grouting fluid directly near the grouting site, it can be used for single-liquid, double-liquid or multi-liquid grouting. The structure is simple, the volume is small, the weight is light, the manufacture is economical, and the operation is simple. With low cost and free movement, it has been successfully used in waterproofing and leakage grouting construction of tunnel engineering. The engineering practice shows that the grouting equipment can effectively reduce the construction cost, high efficiency, good effect, strong applicability of the project, and has the value of popularization and application.
