雙護(hù)盾TBM掘進(jìn)速度的影響因素研究

【摘要】:以甘肅引洮一期工程9#隧洞為例,綜合引入多層線性模型及數(shù)量化理論I的建模原理,在初始設(shè)置的解釋變量基礎(chǔ)上,通過逐步刪除不顯著解釋變量的方法,建立了兩層線性模型,對(duì)雙護(hù)盾TBM的掘進(jìn)速度的影響因素進(jìn)行了研究。通過計(jì)算模型各解釋變量固定效應(yīng)的參數(shù)估計(jì)值,定量闡述了各因素對(duì)掘進(jìn)速度的直接和間接影響,并依據(jù)模型的參數(shù)估計(jì)值結(jié)果對(duì)未來TBM的更好施工提出建議。通過預(yù)測(cè)模型和實(shí)例應(yīng)用兩方面分析、證明了該模型應(yīng)用的可靠性,為同類工程掘進(jìn)速度的合理預(yù)測(cè)和施工進(jìn)度有效控制提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Taking the No. 9 tunnel of Yintao Phase I Project in Gansu Province as an example, the modeling principle of multi-layer linear model and quantitative theory I is introduced. On the basis of the initial set-up of the explanatory variables, the method of gradually deleting the inconspicuous explanatory variables is carried out. In this paper, a two-layer linear model is established to study the influencing factors of tunneling speed of TBM with double shields. By calculating the parameter estimation values of the fixed effect of each explanatory variable in the model, the direct and indirect effects of each factor on the tunneling speed are described quantitatively. According to the results of the model's parameter estimation, suggestions for better construction of TBM in the future are put forward. The reliability of the model is proved through the analysis of prediction model and practical application, which provides a theoretical basis for reasonable prediction of excavation speed and effective control of construction schedule for similar projects.
