【摘要】：為進一步完善和規(guī)范國內(nèi)大型引水工程質(zhì)量評定工作,結(jié)合南水北調(diào)工程及國際工程質(zhì)量管理實踐,針對現(xiàn)行的南水北調(diào)工程質(zhì)量評定標(biāo)準體系應(yīng)用中出現(xiàn)的若干問題(如遺漏了土方開挖及填筑單元工程質(zhì)量評定表、伸縮縫單元工程劃分方法及單元工程長度選取不盡合理、混凝土襯砌單元工程的拌和物質(zhì)量評定、三檢制等在質(zhì)量評定中的操作運用等),提出了更加符合施工現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量管理評定的若干建議。為了使國內(nèi)大型引水工程與國際工程的質(zhì)量評定工作接軌,建議在今后的大型引水工程質(zhì)量評定工作中取消"優(yōu)良等級"、加強信用體系建設(shè)管理、加強對質(zhì)量評定資料的管理等,以期進一步完善國內(nèi)大型引水工程的質(zhì)量評定工作。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve and standardize the domestic large-scale water diversion project quality assessment, combined with the South-to-North Water transfer Project and international project quality management practice, In view of some problems existing in the application of the quality assessment standard system of the South-to-North Water transfer Project, such as omitting the evaluation table of the engineering quality of earthwork excavation and filling unit, the division method of expansion joint unit and the selection of unit length are not reasonable. The quality evaluation of concrete lining unit and the operation and application of three-check system in the quality assessment are put forward. Some suggestions are put forward which are more in line with the quality management evaluation of the construction site. In order to bring the domestic large-scale water diversion project into line with the international project quality assessment work, it is suggested that the "excellent grade" should be abolished in the future large-scale water diversion project quality assessment work, and the credit system construction management should be strengthened. In order to further improve the quality assessment of large-scale water diversion projects in China, we should strengthen the management of quality assessment data and so on.
