引黃濟(jì)青工程大沽河樞紐改造研究

【摘要】:引黃濟(jì)青工程是位于山東省境內(nèi)的把黃河水引入青島市,為青島的工農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展提供淡水資源的水利工程,具有跨流域和遠(yuǎn)距離的特點(diǎn),是山東省“七五”規(guī)劃的重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。自1989年建成以來(lái),工程已順利運(yùn)行20余年,但受限于當(dāng)時(shí)的技術(shù)水平,許多子工程的功能開(kāi)始退化,位于膠州市的大沽河樞紐就是其中之一。 本文著眼于社會(huì)對(duì)引黃濟(jì)青工程的持續(xù)需求,根據(jù)大沽河樞紐的現(xiàn)狀和暴露出的問(wèn)題,以筆者多年來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)和工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)大沽河樞紐提出改造計(jì)劃,其主要內(nèi)容包括: 1)參考國(guó)內(nèi)外業(yè)界學(xué)者對(duì)水利樞紐工程相關(guān)的研究,對(duì)大沽河樞紐水利工程的水文、地質(zhì)等條件,以及規(guī)模、過(guò)水量等進(jìn)行比較,得出對(duì)其影響較大的考慮因素。 2)對(duì)相關(guān)概念,包括水利樞紐等進(jìn)行梳理,對(duì)水利樞紐在通常情況下的改造需求進(jìn)行論證,對(duì)我國(guó)水利業(yè)界典型的樞紐改造工程進(jìn)行介紹,梳理其參考價(jià)值。 3)對(duì)引黃濟(jì)青工程和大沽河樞紐進(jìn)行全面介紹,主要對(duì)樞紐的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)其暴露出的各種問(wèn)題。 4)根據(jù)具體情況進(jìn)行改造設(shè)計(jì),針對(duì)性地提出相應(yīng)方案并探討各個(gè)方案的優(yōu)劣,然后對(duì)整個(gè)改造計(jì)劃進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)、社會(huì)方面的可行性分析。
[Abstract]:The Yellow River diversion Project, which is located in Shandong Province, is a water conservancy project which introduces the Yellow River water into Qingdao and provides fresh water resources for the development of industry and agriculture in Qingdao. It is a key project in the Seventh five-year Plan of Shandong Province, which has the characteristics of cross-basin and long-distance. Since its completion in 1989, the project has been running smoothly for more than 20 years, but because of the technical level at that time, the functions of many sub-projects began to deteriorate, one of which is the Dagu River junction located in Jiaozhou City. According to the present situation of Dagu River junction and the problems exposed, according to the continuous demand of the society for the Yellow River diversion Project, this paper puts forward the reform plan for the Dagu River junction based on the experience of the author in studying and working for many years. The main contents are as follows: 1) referring to the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the water conservancy project, the hydrologic, geological and other conditions, as well as the scale and water volume of the Dagu River Project, are compared. The factors which have great influence on it are obtained. 2) to sort out the related concepts, including the hydro-junction, to demonstrate the transformation demand of the hydro-junction under the normal conditions, to introduce the typical project of the hydro-junction transformation in our country, and to sort out its reference value. 3) to introduce the Yellow River diversion Project and Dagu River Project in an all-round way, mainly to analyze the present situation of the project and summarize the problems exposed. 4) carry on the transformation design according to the concrete situation, put forward the corresponding plan pertinently and discuss the pros and cons of each plan, then carry on the economic, technical and social feasibility analysis to the whole reform plan.
