官地大壩澆筑過程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:官地水電站擋水壩為碾壓混凝土壩,壩高168m,規(guī)模巨大;同時(shí)要求25個(gè)月內(nèi)完成大壩的澆筑,總體工期比較緊張,施工強(qiáng)度大;大壩壩身還設(shè)置有泄洪表孔、泄洪中孔等,一定程度上增加了施工的復(fù)雜性。壩體澆筑過程中,溫度控制要求嚴(yán),再加上單個(gè)倉面面積大,極大增加了施工質(zhì)量控制的難度。本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)外在碾壓和監(jiān)控等方面及類似領(lǐng)域的研究進(jìn)展,開展了官地水電站大壩澆筑過程質(zhì)量的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控研究。結(jié)合官地大壩的施工特點(diǎn),分析了在其澆筑過程中,影響碾壓質(zhì)量的主要因素。結(jié)合GPS-RTK技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究、GPRS現(xiàn)代通訊技術(shù)和系統(tǒng)集成技術(shù)的發(fā)展,提出了官地大壩澆筑過程的碾壓質(zhì)量實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。結(jié)合官地大壩施工工藝和現(xiàn)場管理特點(diǎn),建設(shè)并實(shí)施了官地大壩澆筑過程質(zhì)量實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。這些研究成果填補(bǔ)了碾壓混凝土大壩在澆筑過程中對碾壓質(zhì)量進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控技術(shù)的空白,,從中取得了一系列成果,主要有:(1)結(jié)合官地碾壓混凝土大壩的設(shè)計(jì)和施工特點(diǎn),確定了官地大壩在澆筑過程中對碾壓質(zhì)量影響的主要因素,初步分析了他們對碾壓質(zhì)量的影響機(jī)理。(2)根據(jù)國內(nèi)外碾壓實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的研究進(jìn)展,結(jié)合GPS-RTK技術(shù)在測量中的應(yīng)用研究、GPRS等現(xiàn)代及時(shí)通訊技術(shù)的研究和集成技術(shù)等,搭建了官地大壩澆筑過程對碾壓質(zhì)量主要影響因素的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控構(gòu)架,并研究了其技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。(3)結(jié)合官地大壩的設(shè)計(jì)和施工特點(diǎn)及現(xiàn)場建設(shè)管理特點(diǎn),開發(fā)建設(shè)了官地大壩澆筑過程質(zhì)量實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),并在官地工程中進(jìn)行了實(shí)施和應(yīng)用。實(shí)現(xiàn)了官地碾壓混凝土澆筑過程施工質(zhì)量信息的實(shí)時(shí)和動(dòng)態(tài)采集與處理,通過對系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測成果和數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析,確認(rèn)了系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用效果,基本達(dá)到了預(yù)期目標(biāo),為碾壓混凝土壩在澆筑過程中對施工質(zhì)量進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控開拓了新的方向,為系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步的深入研究和推廣奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The dam of Guandi Hydropower Station is roller compacted concrete dam with a height of 168 m and a huge scale. At the same time, it is required to complete the construction of the dam within 25 months, the overall construction period is relatively tight, and the construction intensity is high. The dam body also has the flood discharge surface hole, the flood discharge medium hole and so on, which increases the complexity of the construction to a certain extent. In the course of dam construction, temperature control is strict, and the area of single warehouse is large, which greatly increases the difficulty of construction quality control. In this paper, the real-time monitoring of the quality of the dam pouring process in Guandi Hydropower Station has been carried out in combination with the domestic and foreign research progress in the field of rolling, monitoring and other similar fields. Combined with the construction characteristics of Guandi dam, the main factors affecting the quality of roller compacting are analyzed. Combined with the application and research of GPS-RTK technology and the development of modern communication technology and system integration technology of GPRS, the real-time monitoring of rolling quality of Guandi Dam is put forward. Combined with the construction technology and site management characteristics of Guandi dam, a real-time monitoring system for the quality of Guandi dam is constructed and implemented. These research results fill the blank of real-time monitoring technology of roller compacted quality in the course of pouring roller compacted concrete dam, from which a series of results have been obtained. The main results are as follows: (1) according to the design and construction characteristics of the official RCC dam, the main factors affecting the roller compacted quality of Guandi dam in the course of pouring are determined. The mechanism of their influence on rolling quality is preliminarily analyzed. (2) according to the research progress of real-time monitoring of roller compacting at home and abroad, combined with the application of GPS-RTK technology in measurement, the research and integration technology of modern and timely communication technology such as GPRS, etc. The real-time monitoring framework of the main factors affecting the rolling quality of Guandi dam is set up, and its technical realization path is studied. (3) combined with the design and construction characteristics of Guandi dam and the characteristics of site construction management, A real-time monitoring system for the quality of Guandi Dam is developed and applied in Guandi Project. The real-time and dynamic collection and processing of the construction quality information in the pouring process of the official RCC is realized. Through the statistics and analysis of the monitoring results and data of the system, the application effect of the system is confirmed, and the expected goal is basically achieved. It opens up a new direction for the real-time monitoring of construction quality in the course of pouring roller compacted concrete dam, and lays a foundation for further research and popularization of the system.
