白鶴灘水電站受溪洛渡水電站回水頂托影響的分析

【摘要】:2013年溪洛渡水電站首次蓄水發(fā)電,根據(jù)可研階段設(shè)計(jì)成果,溪洛渡水電站在正常蓄水位600 m附近運(yùn)行時(shí),水庫回水長度約199 km,此時(shí)回水范圍將影響至上游建設(shè)中的白鶴灘水電站。根據(jù)白鶴灘水電站壩區(qū)白鶴灘水文站、右尾水水位站以及下導(dǎo)出水位站在溪洛渡水電站蓄水前后的實(shí)測(cè)水位、流量等水文數(shù)據(jù),分析研究溪洛渡蓄水前后白鶴灘主要斷面水位流量關(guān)系變化情況。結(jié)果表明,在溪洛渡水電站蓄水至575m時(shí),開始影響白鶴灘壩區(qū),最大影響程度可達(dá)到18 m。根據(jù)溪洛渡水庫調(diào)度運(yùn)行特點(diǎn),白鶴灘壩區(qū)受影響時(shí)間在每年9月至次年3月,這對(duì)白鶴灘水電站施工安全有重要作用。
[Abstract]:In 2013, Xiluodu Hydropower Station first stored water for power generation. According to the design results of the research stage, when the Xiluodu Hydropower Station was running near the normal storage level of 600m, the backwater length of the reservoir was about 199 km,. At this time the backwater range will affect the upstream construction of Baihetan Hydropower Station. According to the hydrological data of Baihetan hydrologic station, right tail water level station and the lower derived water level station before and after the water storage in Xiluodu Hydropower Station in the dam area of Baihetan Hydropower Station, The relationship between water level and discharge of main section of Baihetan before and after water storage in Xiluodu was analyzed and studied. The results show that when the water storage of Xiluodu Hydropower Station reaches 575m, the maximum influence degree can reach 18 m. According to the operation characteristics of Xiluodu Reservoir, the affected time of Baihetan Dam area is from September to March of the following year, which plays an important role in the construction safety of Baihetan Hydropower Station.
