堆石壩混凝土面板裂縫防護技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:利用噴涂聚脲材料作為混凝土面板壩的裂縫防護材料,并創(chuàng)新采用高柔性聚氨酯材料作為塑性過渡層,提出高滲透加固型基層處理劑/聚氨酯塑性過渡層/聚脲層的復合防護體系,有效抑制由于基層沉降或伸縮變形引起的裂縫變形對表層防護材料的影響,避免由于零斷裂延伸原理引起有機防護層的開裂,為混凝土面板壩表面裂縫處理提供了新的材料和技術(shù)方案。對復合防護體系力學性能、抗沖擊能力、抗凍融性、粘結(jié)強度、裂縫適應性等綜合性能進行評價,結(jié)果顯示,以聚脲為主材構(gòu)筑的復合防護層具有優(yōu)異的綜合防護效果,該復合防護體系在四川省甘孜州某水電站成功進行試用。
[Abstract]:The sprayed polyurea material is used as the crack protection material of concrete face slab dam, and the high flexible polyurethane material is used as the plastic transition layer. The composite protective system of high permeable base course treatment agent / polyurethane plastic transition layer / polyurea layer is put forward, which can effectively restrain the effect of crack deformation caused by base course settlement or stretching deformation on surface protective material. Avoiding the cracking of organic protective layer due to the principle of zero fracture extension provides a new material and technical scheme for surface crack treatment of concrete face slab dam. The mechanical properties, impact resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, bond strength and crack adaptability of the composite protective system are evaluated. The results show that the composite protective layer constructed with polyurea as the main material has excellent comprehensive protective effect. The composite protection system was successfully tested in a hydropower station in Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province.
