長距離梯級泵站輸水工程經濟運行研究

【摘要】:梯級泵站供水工程是一項復雜的系統(tǒng)工程,其設計、施工、運行管理水平等將直接影響工程的安全性及經濟效益。對于此類工程必須在保證系統(tǒng)安全運行的前提下最大限度的節(jié)約能源、降低運行成本。本文結合某工程實例,在已有的泵站優(yōu)化理論的基礎上,針對某工程的項目特點,開展了梯級泵站經濟運行方面的研究工作。文中主要從如下幾個方面進行了研究:(1)通過分析供水系統(tǒng)水力特性,以水頭平衡方程為基礎,將極值搜索法應有到水泵工況點求解中。(2)研究了某工程二、三、四級泵站不同運行方案的流量范圍。研究了電機效率相關資料,提出了電機效率關于其頻率和負荷率的關系式。(3)以泵站能耗最小為目標,建立泵站機組間流量最優(yōu)分配的數學模型。采用非線性規(guī)劃法分別研究了泵站內水泵機組對稱布置、不對稱布置情況下,各機組間流量的最優(yōu)分配問題。(4))針對某工程井群泵站的工程特點,分別以萬噸水耗電量最小和單方水電費最小為目標建立數學模型并求解。報據《銷售電價管理暫行辦法》規(guī)定與工程的實際情況,本工程選擇按變壓器容量計費的收費方式,推薦采用單方水電費最小的運行方案為最經濟的運行方案。以井群泵站日運行電費最小為目標建立數學模型井求解,得出在不同日用水量下井群泵站最經濟的運行方案。(5)以某工程梯級泵站為例,對整個供水系統(tǒng)進行經濟運行研究,得出在不同供水流量情況下,梯級泵站的最優(yōu)開機組合和相應的變頻泵轉速,使整個供水系統(tǒng)達到經濟運行的目的。
[Abstract]:The cascade pumping station water supply project is a complex system engineering, its design, construction, operation management level will directly affect the safety and economic benefits of the project. This kind of project must save energy and reduce the running cost under the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the system. Based on the existing optimization theory of pumping station and according to the characteristics of a project, the research work on the economic operation of cascade pumping station is carried out in this paper. This paper mainly studies the following aspects: (1) by analyzing the hydraulic characteristics of the water supply system, based on the water head balance equation, the extreme value search method should be applied to the solution of the pump working point. (2) the second and third of a certain project are studied. Flow range of different operation schemes for four stage pump stations. The related data of motor efficiency are studied and the relationship between motor efficiency and frequency and load rate is put forward. (3) aiming at the minimum energy consumption of pumping station, a mathematical model of optimal flow distribution between pumping stations is established. In this paper, a nonlinear programming method is used to study the optimal flow distribution of pump units in a pump station under the condition of asymmetric layout. (4) according to the engineering characteristics of a well group of pumping stations, The mathematical models are established and solved with the minimum power consumption of ten thousand tons of water and the minimum of one side water and electricity charges, respectively. According to the "interim measures for the Management of electricity Price of Sale" and the actual situation of the project, the project chooses the charging method according to the capacity of the transformer, and recommends that the operation scheme with the smallest cost of water and electricity in one side is the most economical operation scheme. Taking the minimum daily electricity charge of well group pump station as the goal, the mathematical model well solution is established, and the most economical operation scheme of well group pump station under different daily water consumption is obtained. (5) taking a cascade pumping station as an example, The economic operation of the whole water supply system is studied. It is concluded that the optimal start-up combination of cascade pumping station and the corresponding frequency conversion pump speed can make the whole water supply system achieve the purpose of economic operation.
