海塘防汛、圍墾用金屬網(wǎng)兜研發(fā)

【摘要】:本文主要通過(guò)對(duì)海塘防汛圍墾用金屬網(wǎng)兜的使用環(huán)境、編織材料、網(wǎng)孔結(jié)構(gòu)和編織方法等方面進(jìn)行分析研究,確定了不同編織材料金屬網(wǎng)兜使用環(huán)境和影響其材料選擇的主要因素,設(shè)計(jì)了不同使用環(huán)境下的金屬網(wǎng)兜及網(wǎng)孔結(jié)構(gòu),總結(jié)了不同形狀網(wǎng)孔的編織方法、金屬網(wǎng)編織工藝計(jì)算及常見(jiàn)金屬網(wǎng)兜網(wǎng)病,設(shè)計(jì)出金屬網(wǎng)的鎖邊工藝,不僅解決了金屬網(wǎng)兜編織中多余編織材料的處理,而且提高了網(wǎng)兜的載重能力和整體性。 針對(duì)金屬網(wǎng)兜類產(chǎn)品在計(jì)算機(jī)模擬受力分析的空白和金屬網(wǎng)兜在使用過(guò)程中易出現(xiàn)金屬網(wǎng)兜變形破壞和網(wǎng)絲斷裂的情況,通過(guò)對(duì)金屬網(wǎng)兜進(jìn)行CAE分析和對(duì)不同編織工藝參數(shù)的試樣進(jìn)行拉伸性能測(cè)試,分析了金屬網(wǎng)兜在不同受力情況下的變形情況和應(yīng)力集中情況以及網(wǎng)結(jié)拉伸斷裂的機(jī)理和破壞模式,為進(jìn)一步研究金屬網(wǎng)兜的強(qiáng)度失效奠定基礎(chǔ)。 為使防汛金屬網(wǎng)兜實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī);a(chǎn)和規(guī)范化管理,本文從防汛金屬網(wǎng)兜的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)著手,以金屬網(wǎng)兜的載重量、網(wǎng)兜直徑和網(wǎng)絲尺寸為主要參數(shù),采用R5為裝載量和網(wǎng)兜直徑的優(yōu)先數(shù)系列,R20/2作為網(wǎng)絲尺寸的優(yōu)先數(shù)系列,設(shè)計(jì)金屬網(wǎng)兜的系列化。最后針對(duì)金屬網(wǎng)兜產(chǎn)品的分類、規(guī)格、標(biāo)記方法、技術(shù)要求和試驗(yàn)方法等方面進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)范,,為金屬網(wǎng)兜的生產(chǎn)提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the use environment, braiding materials, mesh structure and braiding methods of metal netting for flood control reclamation in seawall are analyzed and studied. The main factors influencing the material selection and the environment of metal mesh pocket of different braiding materials are determined. The structure of metal mesh pocket and mesh hole under different application environment is designed, and the weaving methods of different shape mesh holes are summarized. The design of metal mesh locking technology not only solves the treatment of excess braiding material in metal netting, but also improves the load capacity and integrity of the net pocket. In view of the blank of computer simulation force analysis of metal netting products and the situation that metal netting deformation and wire fracture are easy to occur in the process of using metal netting, The tensile properties of the samples with different braiding process parameters were tested by CAE analysis of the metal netting pocket and the tensile properties of the samples with different braiding process parameters. The deformation and stress concentration of metal netting under different loading conditions, the mechanism and failure mode of tensile fracture of metal mesh are analyzed, which lays a foundation for further study on strength failure of metal mesh. In order to realize the large-scale production and standardized management of the metal netting for flood prevention, this paper starts with the structural characteristics of the metal netting for flood prevention, taking the load weight, the diameter and the size of the mesh as the main parameters. The series of metal netting pockets are designed by using R5 as the priority series and R20 / 2 as the priority series of the mesh size. Finally, the classification, specification, marking methods, technical requirements and test methods of metal netting products are standardized and standardized, which provides the technical basis for the production of metal netting pockets.
