齊熱哈塔爾水電站工程深埋隧洞塊狀巖體巖爆區(qū)施工防護措施

【摘要】:以有效解決深埋隧洞工程施工中高地應力作用下的巖爆問題為目標,結(jié)合齊熱哈塔爾水電站工程深埋引水隧洞的特點,針對不同位置、不同破壞模式的巖爆特點,采用了短進尺控制爆破開挖,配合應力解除爆破開挖、危石清理及高壓水沖洗、及時噴射混凝土覆蓋巖面、及時實施防巖爆錨固措施(包括快速錨桿、掛網(wǎng)、鋼拱架等)和后續(xù)實施系統(tǒng)錨桿支護等一系列施工防護措施。結(jié)果表明:在板裂破壞與層裂破壞為主的區(qū)域,出現(xiàn)因錨桿角度不合適而出現(xiàn)持續(xù)破壞一般發(fā)生于中等巖爆區(qū);局部應力集中嚴重的區(qū)域存在不規(guī)則塊狀彈射和剝落現(xiàn)象,一般發(fā)生于隨機錨桿或系統(tǒng)錨桿的支護區(qū);實際施工中應采用打設(shè)應力施放孔、在頂拱和掌子面范圍內(nèi)噴水、及時封閉開挖巖面等預防措施。研究成果可供其他地下工程巖爆區(qū)的施工防護參考。
[Abstract]:In order to effectively solve the problem of rock burst under the action of high ground stress in the construction of deep buried tunnel engineering, combined with the characteristics of deep buried diversion tunnel of Zizehattar Hydropower Station, this paper aims at the characteristics of rock burst in different positions and different failure modes. The short ruler controlled blasting excavation, combined with stress release blasting excavation, dangerous rock cleaning and high pressure water washing, timely spraying concrete covering rock surface, and timely implementation of rock explosion prevention anchoring measures (including fast anchor rod, hanging net, etc.) Steel arch) and subsequent implementation of a series of system bolting protection measures. The results show that in the areas where the plate fracture and spallation are dominant, the sustained failure occurs in the middle rock burst area due to the inappropriate angle of the anchor rod. The phenomenon of irregular ejection and spalling occurs in the area where the local stress concentration is serious, which usually occurs in the support area of the random bolt or the system bolt. In actual construction, some preventive measures should be adopted, such as setting stress holes, spraying water in the range of top arch and face, and closing excavation rock face in time. The research results can be used as a reference for the construction protection of other underground engineering rock burst areas.
