運西水電站豎井貫流式水輪機性能優(yōu)化
[Abstract]:The S-A turbulence model is chosen by using the Reynolds time average equation (RANS), and the SIMPLEC algorithm is used to simulate the flow field in the turbine runner of the Yunxi Hydropower Station with different schemes by using the CFD numerical simulation technique. The diameter of the runner and the blade airfoil are analyzed. The influence of blade number, blade placement angle, wheel hub, wheel speed, guide blade airfoil, angle between guide vane axis and center line of unit, number of guide vane, installation position of blade and guide vane, and guide vane opening on the performance of hydraulic turbine. The performance of the turbine unit is better when the number of blades is 3. The maximum efficiency point of the unit is 187.5 r / min, and the number of guide vane is 15:00. After the proper optimization of the original runner can be changed, the optimized runner is applied to the numerical calculation of the power station. According to the numerical simulation results of the full channel, the hydraulic performance of the unit after the transformation of the power station is predicted. According to the results of numerical calculation, model turbine and real machine are made for model test and real machine test. The results show that the numerical simulation results are consistent with those of the model experiments and the field operation results. The numerical simulation results can reflect the external characteristics and internal flow field characteristics of the power station accurately.
