【摘要】：觀音巖水電站壩基中的砂巖、礫巖中的鈣質(zhì)沿層面或陡傾角節(jié)理面流失,殘留砂土形成規(guī)�；虼蠡蛐〉纳疤菭顜r體或空腔,水泥灌漿難以侵入溶蝕砂形成的膠結(jié)體內(nèi),難以形成有效的帷幕體。化學(xué)灌漿材料具有良好的可灌性,可有效解決溶蝕砂化巖體水泥灌漿無(wú)法解決的問(wèn)題,有效提升壩基防滲能力。介紹了觀音巖水電站化學(xué)灌漿的施工工藝,以及所采用的"小流量、低壓慢灌、逐級(jí)升壓、長(zhǎng)歷時(shí)、逐步收斂侵入"化學(xué)灌漿方法。壓水試驗(yàn)成果表明,化學(xué)灌漿取得了明顯效果。
[Abstract]:The sandstone in the dam foundation of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station, the calcareous loss of the conglomerate along the plane or steep dip joint, the formation of the residual sand soil in a large or small sand sugar rock mass or cavity, and the difficulty for cement grouting to intrude into the cemented body formed by the dissolution sand. It is difficult to form an effective curtain body. The chemical grouting material has good irrigability, which can effectively solve the problems that can not be solved by the cement grouting of the dissolved sand rock mass, and effectively enhance the seepage prevention ability of the dam foundation. This paper introduces the construction technology of chemical grouting in Guanyinyan Hydropower Station and the chemical grouting method of "small flow rate, low pressure and slow irrigation, step by step increase of pressure, long duration, gradual convergence and invasion". The results of water pressure test show that chemical grouting has obvious effect.
