太平灣發(fā)電廠220kV4號(hào)主變壓器B級(jí)檢修工程安全管理研究

【摘要】:各種工程項(xiàng)目的開展給我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供必要的條件,尤其是電力工程項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)營不僅可以保障我國的電力需求,同時(shí)也為其他行業(yè)的開展準(zhǔn)備了條件。但由于電力工程項(xiàng)目對(duì)安全性要求非常高,需要定期檢修和維護(hù),檢修和維護(hù)的作業(yè)工序復(fù)雜,作業(yè)條件及環(huán)境差異性大,導(dǎo)致危險(xiǎn)源復(fù)雜多變,存在大量不確定性,這些都給電力工程項(xiàng)目的安全帶來極大困難,造成安全隱患。近年來工程項(xiàng)目安全事故頻發(fā),給作業(yè)人員的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)造成嚴(yán)重的威脅,如何在作業(yè)過程當(dāng)中降低意外事故的發(fā)生,更好的保障工程項(xiàng)目的安全運(yùn)行成為項(xiàng)目管理的關(guān)鍵。太平灣發(fā)電廠是中朝兩國合資興建的水力發(fā)電廠,隸屬于中朝水力發(fā)電公司,是東北電網(wǎng)有限公司直屬單位。此次220kV4號(hào)主變壓器B級(jí)檢修工程項(xiàng)目的啟動(dòng),既能夠有效滿足太平灣發(fā)電廠生產(chǎn)的需求,又能夠提升主變壓器的安全系數(shù),增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的安全管理控制能力,同時(shí)創(chuàng)作豐厚的企業(yè)利潤,對(duì)太平灣發(fā)電廠及東北電網(wǎng)有限公司安全生產(chǎn)規(guī)劃的實(shí)現(xiàn)都具有重要意義。本文就太平灣發(fā)電廠220kV4號(hào)主變壓器B級(jí)檢修工程安全管理進(jìn)行探討,首先,對(duì)國內(nèi)外安全管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行討論,并簡述太平灣發(fā)電廠220kV4號(hào)主變壓器B級(jí)檢修工程項(xiàng)目基本情況;其次,就工程項(xiàng)目安全管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行分析;再次,探討太平灣發(fā)電廠220kV4號(hào)主變壓器B級(jí)檢修工程安全管理實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀,并分析其安全管理存在的主要問題,然后,運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)分析方法對(duì)太平灣發(fā)電廠220kV4號(hào)主變壓器B級(jí)檢修工程的安全管理進(jìn)行評(píng)估;最后,對(duì)太平灣發(fā)電廠220kV4號(hào)主變壓器B級(jí)檢修工程安全管理中的問題提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:The development of various engineering projects provides necessary conditions for the economic development of our country, especially the operation of power engineering projects can not only guarantee the power demand of our country, but also prepare the conditions for the development of other industries. However, due to the very high requirement of safety for electric power engineering projects, the need for periodic maintenance and repair, the complex operation procedures and the large differences in operating conditions and environment lead to the complex and changeable hazard sources and a large number of uncertainties. These all bring great difficulty to the safety of electric power engineering project, and cause hidden trouble of safety. In recent years, the frequent occurrence of safety accidents in engineering projects has posed a serious threat to the life and property of operators. How to reduce the occurrence of accidents in the course of operation and better ensure the safe operation of engineering projects become the key to project management. Taiping Wan Power Plant is a hydropower plant jointly built by China and North Korea. It belongs to Sino Korean Hydropower Company and is directly under the control of Northeast Power Grid Co., Ltd. The start of the B class maintenance project of the 220kV4 main transformer can not only effectively meet the production needs of Taiping Bay Power Plant, but also enhance the safety factor of the main transformer and enhance the safety management and control capability of the enterprise. At the same time, it is of great significance for Taiping Bay Power Plant and Northeast Power Grid Co., Ltd. to realize safe production planning. In this paper, the safety management of 220kV4 main transformer B maintenance project in Taiping Bay Power Plant is discussed. Firstly, the present situation of domestic and international safety management is discussed, and the basic situation of 220kV4 main transformer B maintenance project in Taiping Bay Power Plant is briefly described. Secondly, the related theory of project safety management is analyzed. Thirdly, this paper discusses the present situation of safety management of 220kV4 main transformer class B maintenance project in Taiping Bay Power Plant, and analyzes the main problems in safety management, and then, The safety management of 220kV4 main transformer B maintenance project in Taiping Bay Power Plant is evaluated by means of mathematical analysis method. Finally, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward for the safety management of the B class maintenance project of 220kV4 main transformer in Taiping Bay Power Plant.
