【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的中國(guó)企業(yè)到海外開拓市場(chǎng)。但由于工程建設(shè)周期長(zhǎng),受當(dāng)?shù)卣�、自然�?zāi)害、物價(jià)上漲等不確定因素的影響,工程成本會(huì)發(fā)生變化,承包商為維護(hù)自身權(quán)益,必然會(huì)依據(jù)合同提出索賠,因而索賠工作尤為重要。對(duì)巴基斯坦阿萊瓦水電站在土建與金結(jié)合同執(zhí)行全過(guò)程中,遭遇的所有干擾事件進(jìn)行了描述,并對(duì)索賠依據(jù)、索賠計(jì)算和索賠金額進(jìn)行了全面介紹,提供了一個(gè)完整的在嚴(yán)重受干擾項(xiàng)目中成功進(jìn)行全過(guò)程索賠的典型案例。索賠經(jīng)驗(yàn)可為類似工程提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy, more and more Chinese enterprises go overseas to open up markets. However, due to the long construction cycle and the influence of uncertain factors such as local policies, natural disasters and rising prices, the cost of the project will change. In order to safeguard its own rights and interests, the contractor will inevitably file a claim on the basis of the contract. Therefore, the claim work is particularly important. In this paper, all the disturbance events encountered in the whole process of the civil construction and the gold joint execution of the Alewa Hydropower Station in Pakistan are described, and the basis of the claim, the calculation of the claim and the amount of the claim are comprehensively introduced. A complete case of successful full-process claims in severely disturbed projects is provided. Claim experience can provide reference for similar projects.
