【摘要】：正水利工程是人類改造自然、利用自然資源、抗御自然災(zāi)害的成果,是國(guó)家和人民的寶貴財(cái)富。水利工程檔案包括從工程立項(xiàng)、實(shí)施、竣工驗(yàn)收等各建設(shè)階段過(guò)程中形成的具有保存價(jià)值的文字、圖表、聲像等不同形式與載體的歷史記錄,可以為工程建成投產(chǎn)后的運(yùn)行管理、維修改造等工作提供技術(shù)支持。管理好、利用好水利工程檔案,使其在水利工程管理活動(dòng)中充分發(fā)揮作用,更好地為水利事業(yè)服務(wù),是水利工程建設(shè)者和管理者的共同職責(zé)。
[Abstract]:Water conservancy project is the achievement of human being to transform nature, utilize natural resources and resist natural disasters, and is the precious wealth of nation and people. The archives of water conservancy projects include historical records of different forms and carriers, such as words, charts, sound and images, and other forms and carriers formed during the construction stages of project establishment, implementation, completion and acceptance, etc. It can provide technical support for operation management, maintenance and renovation after the project is completed and put into operation. It is the common duty of water conservancy builders and managers to manage and make good use of the archives of water conservancy projects so that they can play a full role in the management of water conservancy projects and better serve water conservancy undertakings.
