裝配式鋼筋混凝土U型渠的耐久性能分析研究

【摘要】:我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,隨著農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,人們越來越關(guān)注如何應(yīng)用節(jié)約資源的高效技術(shù)來提升農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效益,因而節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)逐步發(fā)展起來。我國農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉技術(shù)相對比較落后,除灌溉方法以及灌溉制度不適合以外,灌溉水渠存在的淤積、滲漏、凍脹破壞等問題嚴(yán)重影響了渠道的耐久性以及使用壽命。落后的灌溉技術(shù)嚴(yán)重制約著農(nóng)業(yè)節(jié)水灌溉的發(fā)展。本文所研究的裝配式鋼筋混凝土U型渠道,相對于大U型襯砌渠道,渠道不易發(fā)生凍脹破壞以及滲透問題,更具有生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、運(yùn)輸安裝簡易、檢修方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),被越來越多的灌區(qū)渠道改造以及土地整治工程應(yīng)用。為研究裝配式U型渠道的基本特性、凍脹破壞及使用壽命等耐久性問題,本文以渠道混凝土以及成型渠道作為研究對象,通過理論研究、數(shù)值分析、室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)等方法,探討研究渠道混凝土的強(qiáng)度特性、抗水滲透特性、抗率氯離子滲透特性以及抗凍性能;模擬渠道的季節(jié)性凍脹破壞過程;最后在試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析渠道混凝土在碳化條件下和氯離子環(huán)境中的使用壽命,旨在探討裝配式鋼筋混凝土U型渠在設(shè)計(jì)使用期內(nèi)的安全性和適用性。本課題重點(diǎn)開展以下研究工作:1、結(jié)合實(shí)際工程的生產(chǎn)需要,采取超量取代法計(jì)算三組強(qiáng)度等級為C30、初始坍落度為160-180mm的混凝土配合比,并分析拌合物的基本性能。2、通過室內(nèi)混凝土耐久性試驗(yàn),對比分析不同配合比的渠道混凝土的強(qiáng)度特性、抗?jié)B透特性(抗水、抗氯離子)及凍融循環(huán)特性。3、應(yīng)用有限元軟件模擬梁式渠道和渠式渠道的凍脹破壞過程,對比分析兩種渠道溫度場、應(yīng)力場以及位移場等凍脹特征,以研究渠道抗凍脹耐久性能。4、研究U型渠道在碳化條件下及氯離子環(huán)境中的壽命準(zhǔn)則,分析渠道混凝土的壽命預(yù)測方法;根據(jù)混凝土耐久性試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,完成U型渠道混凝土的碳化壽命預(yù)測以及在氯離子環(huán)境中耐久性評估。
[Abstract]:China is a big agricultural country. With the rapid development of agricultural economy, people pay more and more attention to how to use the efficient technology of saving resources to improve the efficiency of agricultural production, so the water-saving irrigation technology is gradually developed. The agricultural irrigation technology in China is relatively backward. Besides irrigation method and irrigation system is not suitable, the problems of deposition, leakage and frost heave damage in irrigation canal have seriously affected the durability and service life of the canal. Backward irrigation technology seriously restricts the development of agricultural water-saving irrigation. Compared with the large U lining channel, the prefabricated reinforced concrete U-shaped channel studied in this paper is not easy to be damaged by frost heaving and percolation, and has the advantages of standardization of production, easy transportation and installation, convenient maintenance and so on. By more and more irrigation district canal transformation and land regulation engineering application. In order to study the basic characteristics, frost heaving failure and service life of the prefabricated U-shaped channel, this paper takes the concrete of the channel and the formed channel as the research object, through the methods of theoretical research, numerical analysis, laboratory test, etc. The characteristics of strength, water permeability, chloride ion penetration and freezing resistance of channel concrete are discussed. Simulating the seasonal frost heave failure process of the channel; Finally, based on the experimental data, the service life of channel concrete in carbonation and chloride environment is analyzed. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the safety and applicability of prefabricated reinforced concrete U-shaped canal during its design life. This paper focuses on the following research work: 1. According to the production needs of practical projects, the overdose substitution method is adopted to calculate the concrete mix ratio of three groups of concrete with strength grade C30 and initial slump of 160-180mm, and the basic properties of the mixture are analyzed. 2. Through the durability test of indoor concrete, the strength characteristics, permeability resistance (water resistance, chloride resistance) and freeze-thaw cycle characteristics of channel concrete with different mix ratio were compared and analyzed. The frost heave failure process of beam channel and canal channel is simulated by finite element software. The frost heaving characteristics of the two channels, such as temperature field, stress field and displacement field, are compared and analyzed in order to study the frost heaving durability of the channel. The life criterion of U-shaped channel under carbonation condition and chloride ion environment is studied, and the life prediction method of channel concrete is analyzed. According to the test results of concrete durability, the carbonation life of U-shaped channel concrete and the durability evaluation in chloride environment were completed.
