【摘要】：水電站輸水管道中局部高點(diǎn)易形成空氣集中,滯留氣體將增加管道的水力損失并引發(fā)水力激振,危及引水系統(tǒng)的安全運(yùn)行。針對(duì)某水電站調(diào)水管道引水溝鋼筋混凝土蓋板水力沖擊破損問(wèn)題,就引水系統(tǒng)中存在的滯留氣體對(duì)電站運(yùn)行帶來(lái)的影響進(jìn)行了研究。受機(jī)組運(yùn)行工況變化的影響,管道中滯留氣體向上游傳播形成水擊,是導(dǎo)致上游建筑物破損的主要原因。對(duì)輸水管路存在局部高點(diǎn)的電站,當(dāng)管路中水流的佛勞德數(shù)小于臨界佛勞德數(shù)時(shí),在工程設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)設(shè)置固定的排氣裝置。
[Abstract]:It is easy to form air concentration in the local high point of the water conveyance pipeline of hydropower station. The gas retention will increase the hydraulic loss of the pipeline and cause the hydraulic excitation which endangers the safe operation of the water diversion system. In view of the hydraulic impact damage of the diversion ditch reinforced concrete cover slab of a hydropower station, the influence of the residual gas in the diversion system on the operation of the power station is studied. Under the influence of the operating conditions of the unit, the residual gas in the pipeline propagates to the upstream to form water hammer, which is the main reason leading to the damage of the upstream buildings. When the Froude number of water flow in the pipeline is less than the critical Froude number, a fixed exhaust device should be installed in the engineering design for a power station with a local high point in the pipeline.
