【摘要】：隨著我國電力市場改革的深入，水電站經(jīng)濟(jì)運行越來越受重視，其主要任務(wù)是在確保電網(wǎng)和電站安全、穩(wěn)定的前提下，，制定合理的開停機計劃、機組組合以及各機組承擔(dān)的負(fù)荷，以最小成本獲得最大效益。近年來，我國抽水蓄能事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展。抽水蓄能機組具有啟停迅速、雙向運轉(zhuǎn)的特點，以及“削峰填谷”的特殊運行方式，在電力系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮著重要作用，同時也為我國水電站經(jīng)濟(jì)運行提出了新的研究課題和內(nèi)容。 本文針對洪屏抽水蓄能電站和小灣水電站共用下水庫的特點，應(yīng)用最優(yōu)化原理對洪屏蓄能電站下水庫與小灣水庫的聯(lián)合優(yōu)化調(diào)度開展了研究，并歸納了聯(lián)合經(jīng)濟(jì)運行的優(yōu)化調(diào)度規(guī)則，為洪屏蓄能電站下水庫和小灣水電站的運行調(diào)度提供決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of electric power market reform in our country, more and more attention is paid to the economic operation of hydropower stations. Its main task is to make reasonable start and stop plans under the premise of ensuring the safety and stability of power grids and power stations. The maximum benefit is obtained by the unit combination and the load borne by each unit at the minimum cost. In recent years, the pumped storage industry in China is booming. The pumped-storage unit has the characteristics of quick start and stop, two-way operation and special operation mode of "cutting peak and filling valley", which plays an important role in the power system. At the same time, it also puts forward new research topics and contents for the economic operation of hydropower stations in China. In view of the characteristics of the common lower reservoir of Hongping pumped Storage Power Station and Xiaowan Hydropower Station, this paper studies the joint optimal operation of the Lower Reservoir and Xiaowan Reservoir of the Hongping Pumped-Storage Power Station by applying the principle of optimization. The optimal operation rules of joint economic operation are summarized to provide the decision basis for the operation and operation of the lower reservoir and Xiaowan hydropower station of Hongping storage power station.
