基于LabWindows CVI的水輪機流量效率測試系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:水輪機效率是機組運行的重要參數(shù),但效率無法直接測得。對水輪發(fā)電機組來說,只能通過流量和其他參數(shù)計算得出。因此,流量的精確測量對水輪機效率的計算結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確性至關(guān)重要。本文基于流速儀法的測流原理和LabWindows CVI平臺,根據(jù)相關(guān)試驗規(guī)程和實際需要,設(shè)計開發(fā)了一套適用于水輪機多工況的流量效率測量儀。實際電廠測試驗證了儀器的可行性和測量的精確性,測試結(jié)果表明,該儀器測得的水輪機流量與效率與實際值相符,并且大大減少了計算量,具有較好的應(yīng)用和推廣價值。
[Abstract]:Turbine efficiency is an important parameter of unit operation, but the efficiency can not be measured directly. For a hydrogenerator, it can only be calculated by flow and other parameters. Therefore, the accurate measurement of the flow rate is very important to the accuracy of the calculation results of the turbine efficiency. Based on the flow measurement principle of the current meter method and the LabWindows CVI platform, according to the relevant test rules and practical requirements, a set of flow efficiency measuring instrument suitable for multi-working condition of hydraulic turbine is designed and developed in this paper. The practical power plant test verifies the feasibility of the instrument and the accuracy of the measurement. The test results show that the flow rate and efficiency of the turbine measured by the instrument are in accordance with the actual value, and the calculation amount is greatly reduced, so it has a better application and popularization value.
