水利工程啟閉設(shè)備綜合試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:The hoisting equipment of hydraulic engineering is a kind of lifting machinery specially used to open and close the gate in hydraulic structures. It is an important permanent equipment in the construction of water conservancy projects. Its quality and operation reliability directly affect flood control and drainage of water conservancy projects. Water diversion, irrigation, power generation, shipping and other comprehensive benefits, water conservancy project operation safety and people's life and property safety. At present, our country hoist still mainly depends on experience or simple individual test to evaluate. With the continuous development of water conservancy industry in China, it is urgent to solve the problem of establishing and perfecting the test methods and experimental means of the hoist and switchgear. This paper has completed the design of the comprehensive test platform for the opening and closing equipment of water conservancy projects. Considering the development of the test evaluation requirements, the experimental platform also has some foresight and expansibility. The main research contents are as follows: (1) based on the structural characteristics and operation characteristics of the opening and closing equipment of water conservancy projects, according to the characteristics of various types and types of the opening and closing equipment, The scheme design of the comprehensive test platform for the opening and closing equipment of water conservancy engineering and the operation scheme for the test evaluation of various types of hoisting and closing equipment have been completed, which meet the specific test requirements of each type of opening and closing equipment in the national standard. (2) the structural design of the comprehensive test platform is completed. Aiming at the main bearing member of the platform, the main steel structure platform, using ANSYS finite element analysis software as the platform, the strength and stiffness of the steel structure platform under various test conditions are analyzed and calculated. The measures of structure improvement and optimization are put forward. It meets the requirements of safety and stability of the integrated test platform for the hoist. (3) the underground concrete foundation of the comprehensive experimental platform, the above ground steel structure platform and its supporting tooling, the electrical control system, the signal acquisition system, the counterweight and the auxiliary facilities of the experimental equipment are designed. The design of comprehensive test platform for water conservancy equipment enriches the evaluation methods and means of hydraulic facilities test and plays a certain role in ensuring the normal operation of water conservancy projects.
