1954年型洪水淮河中游防洪工程聯(lián)合調(diào)度研究
[Abstract]:The coupled hydrodynamic mathematical model of the first and second dimensional coupling between the flood estuary and the Fushan in the middle reaches of the Huaihe River is established. The model is verified by the measured flood process. The verification results show that the model has a high accuracy. Based on the hydrodynamic mathematical model and under the condition of present working condition, the operation simulation analysis of 1954 flood was carried out, and the combined operation effect of flood control project, flood storage area and flood diversion channel in Linhuaigang was studied. The calculation results show that for the 1954 flood, the flood storage areas of the main stream of the Huaihe River are all open, but the Linhuaigang Project is not used. The water level of most of the reaches above Bengbu is above the guaranteed water level, and the water level below Bengbu is lower than the guaranteed water level. The application of Linhuaigang Project can lighten the flood control pressure, reduce the number of flood discharge areas, reduce the submerged area of flood storage area, and increase the submerged depth and duration of high water level in upstream flood storage area and part of river reach. According to the analysis of the whole river reach, Linhuaigang Project is put into use, the water level of most of the main stream reaches is low, the flood storage area is reduced, and the flood control effect is better.
