軸流泵站水能利用分析與研究

【摘要】:對泵站水能利用進(jìn)行分析,不僅對解決區(qū)域性灌溉、排澇及工農(nóng)業(yè)用水問題起著重要的作用,而且能充分利用水能,對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展也有顯著的幫助。隨著江蘇大型泵站的大量興建與改造,對泵站機組的可逆特性進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的研究,通過利用下泄的水資源進(jìn)行反向發(fā)電,不但成本極低,而且沒有污染,也可以提供一部分急需電能。目前已有部分軸流泵站具備抽水發(fā)電的能力,但這些泵站在設(shè)計制造時僅以水泵的性能出廠的。雖然反轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)電時,機組出力和發(fā)電效率明顯偏低,但選用性能良好的水泵反轉(zhuǎn)代替水輪機,運行性能還是較好的。 本文通過計算,同時對相關(guān)泵站模型試驗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析比較,對泵站反向發(fā)電性能進(jìn)行了研究。主要內(nèi)容包括: (1)查閱文獻(xiàn)和資料,分析泵站反向發(fā)電的可行性以及軸流泵站反向發(fā)電的特性,分析反向發(fā)電運行方式原理。 (2)分析劉老澗二站、泗陽泵站、皂河二站模型試驗數(shù)據(jù),確定水輪機工況下出水流道形式、葉片安放角度等對發(fā)電效率的影響,確定最優(yōu)發(fā)電效率時的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。 (3)在上述三個泵站試驗研究的基礎(chǔ)上,探究發(fā)電工況下水泵的水力特性,從而進(jìn)一步研究反向發(fā)電運行方式,通過對各種運行方式原理的分析歸納,結(jié)合泵站實際情況進(jìn)行計算,選擇最優(yōu)的反向發(fā)電運行方式。
[Abstract]:The analysis of water energy utilization in pumping stations not only plays an important role in solving the problems of regional irrigation, drainage and industrial and agricultural water use, but also makes full use of water energy, which is also of great help to economic development. With the large-scale construction and renovation of large pumping stations in Jiangsu Province, the reversible characteristics of pumping station units have been further studied. By using the released water resources for reverse power generation, the cost is very low and there is no pollution. It can also provide some much-needed electricity. At present, some axial flow pump stations have the capacity of pumping power generation, but these pumping stations are designed and manufactured only with the performance of water pumps. Although the generating capacity and generating efficiency of the unit are obviously low when generating power is reversed, the performance of the turbine is better if the pump with good performance is used instead of the turbine. In this paper, the reverse generation performance of pump station is studied by calculating and comparing the model test data of related pumping station. The main contents are as follows: (1) the feasibility of reverse generation of pump station and the characteristics of reverse generation of axial flow pump station are analyzed, and the principle of operation mode of reverse generation is analyzed. (2) the model test data of Liu Laojian second Station, Siyang pump Station and Zaohe Station are analyzed to determine the influence of outlet channel form and blade placement angle on power generation efficiency, and to determine the relevant data when optimal generation efficiency is obtained. (3) on the basis of the experimental study of the three pumping stations mentioned above, the hydraulic characteristics of the pump under the power generation condition are explored, and the operation mode of the reverse power generation is further studied, and the principle of the various operation modes is analyzed and summarized. According to the actual situation of pump station, the optimal operation mode of reverse generation is selected.
