多區(qū)域投入產(chǎn)出分析下中國水足跡地區(qū)間比較——基于經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域分析層次

【摘要】:基于經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域分析層次,采用多區(qū)域投入產(chǎn)出分析法、錫爾指數(shù)空間差異分解與偽基尼系數(shù)差異成因分解方法,探尋我國水足跡總量、部門結(jié)構(gòu)及相關(guān)指標(biāo)的經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域間和區(qū)域內(nèi)省區(qū)間異同點(diǎn)及差異成因,并列出我國特色水安全保障體系構(gòu)建中有必要調(diào)整用水的地區(qū)。結(jié)果表明:(1)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域間和區(qū)域內(nèi)省區(qū)間差異對中國水足跡總體空間差異的貢獻(xiàn)率相差甚微。(2)西北、中部、西南區(qū)域水足跡高于中國其他區(qū)域,農(nóng)林牧漁業(yè)人均水足跡、人口數(shù)量區(qū)域間差異是水足跡經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域間差異的主要成因;北部沿海區(qū)域和西北區(qū)域的第一產(chǎn)業(yè)水足跡、其他區(qū)域的食品制造及煙草加工業(yè)水足跡,是當(dāng)?shù)厮阚E重要組成部分。(3)中國各經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域內(nèi)水足跡省區(qū)間差異的最主要貢獻(xiàn)因子存在一定異同,這些因子本身均主要源于其對應(yīng)部門人均水足跡省區(qū)間差別;各省區(qū)水足跡部門結(jié)構(gòu)有所異同。(4)東北區(qū)域(尤其黑龍江)、京津區(qū)域(尤其天津)、山東、上海、海南、寧夏、重慶、山西"很有必要"調(diào)整用水,而北部沿海區(qū)域(不含山東)、東部沿海區(qū)域(不含上海)、西北區(qū)域(不含寧夏)、云南、江西調(diào)整用水的必要性次之。
[Abstract]:Based on the level of regional economic analysis, this paper uses the multi-region input-output analysis method, the method of spatial difference decomposition of Sier index and the cause decomposition of pseudo-Gini coefficient difference, to explore the total water footprint of China. The similarities, differences and causes of the economic region and the regional introspection interval of the department structure and related indexes, and the reasons for the difference, and the areas where the water use should be adjusted in the construction of the water security system with Chinese characteristics are listed. The results showed that: (1) the contribution rate of the differences between economic regions and provinces and regions to the overall spatial difference of water footprint in China was very small. (2) the water footprint of northwest, central and southwest regions was higher than that of other regions of China, and the per capita water footprint of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery industry was higher than that of other regions of China. The water footprint of the northern coastal region and the northwest region, the water footprint of the food industry and tobacco processing industry in other regions, Water footprint is an important part of the local water footprint. (3) there are some similarities and differences in the most important contribution factors of the difference of water footprint between provinces and regions in different economic regions of China, and these factors themselves are mainly due to the difference of water footprint per capita in the corresponding departments. The structure of water footprint departments in various provinces is similar and different. (4) the Northeast region (especially Heilongjiang), the Beijing-Tianjin region (especially Tianjin), Shandong, Shanghai, Hainan, Ningxia, Chongqing, and Shanxi are "very necessary" to adjust water use. The necessity of adjusting water use in the northern coastal region (excluding Shandong), the eastern coastal region (excluding Shanghai), the northwest region (excluding Ningxia), Yunnan and Jiangxi is the second.
