【摘要】：為降低堤防潰決造成的重大生命財產(chǎn)損失,基于MIKE軟件建立東魚河南片(蘇)防洪保護區(qū)一、二維水動力耦合模型,沿復(fù)新河堤防設(shè)置潰口1和潰口2,模擬復(fù)新河遭遇20 a一遇和50 a一遇洪水以及同頻率暴雨下單個潰口的潰堤洪水在防洪保護區(qū)內(nèi)的演進。對潰口流量過程、洪水演進圖、最大淹沒水深圖進行分析,結(jié)果表明:隨著潰堤洪水量級增大,淹沒程度提高;同頻率來水條件下,位于地勢較低處的潰口1產(chǎn)生洪水的風險更大,是防洪的重點。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the great loss of life and property caused by the breakage of the embankment, a hydrodynamic coupling model of Dongyu Henan Pian (Su) Flood Control Reserve was established based on MIKE software. Along the embankment of Fuxin River, the breakers 1 and 2 are set up to simulate the course of embankment flood in flood protection area of Fuxin River, which is subjected to once in 20 years and once in 50 years, as well as to the breakwater flood with the same frequency of torrential rain. The flow process of breakwater, flood routing map and maximum submerged depth chart are analyzed. The results show that with the increase of flood magnitude, the degree of submergence increases, and under the condition of the same frequency of water coming from water, the degree of submergence increases with the flood magnitude of breakwater break. The flood risk of crater 1 at the lower level is greater, and it is the focus of flood control.
