【摘要】：正本刊訊10月24日,黃河防總2017-2018年度黃河防凌會(huì)議在鄭州召開。會(huì)議回顧總結(jié)上年度防凌工作,分析研判防凌形勢(shì),安排部署本年度防凌工作。會(huì)議強(qiáng)調(diào),沿黃各級(jí)防指要按照黨的十九大精神和戰(zhàn)略部署,深入貫徹落實(shí)中央新時(shí)期治水方針,真抓實(shí)干,嚴(yán)密防控,奮力奪取防凌工作全面勝利,為流域省(區(qū))全面建成小康社會(huì)提供安全保障。
[Abstract]:On October 24 th, the Yellow River Flood Prevention Conference of the year 2017-2018 was held in Zhengzhou. The meeting reviewed the ice prevention work last year, analyzed and judged the situation of ice prevention, arranged arrangements for this year's ice prevention work. The meeting stressed that prevention at all levels along the Yellow River should be carried out in accordance with the spirit and strategic arrangements of the party's 19th National Congress, the Central Committee's policy on water control in the new period should be thoroughly implemented, work hard, strictly prevent and control, and strive to win overall victory in the work of preventing ice. For river basin provinces (regions) to build a well-off society in an all-round way to provide security.
