【摘要】：本文論述了尤溪縣水資源概況,即溪流縱橫,河網(wǎng)密布,具有樹枝狀的河流水系,境內(nèi)500平方公里以下,10平方公里以上的河流有79條,水資源豐富。但尤溪縣飲用水企業(yè)普遍存在規(guī)模小、生產(chǎn)條件簡(jiǎn)陋、人員素質(zhì)較低。 本文以福建省水利投資集團(tuán)(尤溪)水務(wù)提供的生活飲用水為水源,設(shè)計(jì)班產(chǎn)40噸飲用純凈水水廠,是以當(dāng)前城市型的發(fā)展規(guī)模和運(yùn)行模式為藍(lán)本,結(jié)合現(xiàn)今成熟的高效的生產(chǎn)工藝和節(jié)能環(huán)保要求,機(jī)械化程度較高,結(jié)合部分手工操作的基礎(chǔ)模式,生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量且具有市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的產(chǎn)品。設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中以節(jié)省投資,降低生產(chǎn)成本為前提,兼顧發(fā)展前景,類比國(guó)內(nèi)同行業(yè)和相類似的工廠,使工廠的性價(jià)比達(dá)到最大價(jià)值。按照純凈水生產(chǎn)工藝流程對(duì)各工序進(jìn)行劃分布置,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程清晰,生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化程度較高,對(duì)各環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行控制,并且采用高壓脈沖電場(chǎng)殺菌技術(shù)對(duì)所生產(chǎn)的瓶裝水進(jìn)行滅菌,能夠有效的殺滅水中微生物,不會(huì)產(chǎn)生對(duì)人體有害的溴酸鹽,對(duì)環(huán)境無(wú)污染,無(wú)二次污染及三廢問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the general situation of water resources in Youxi County is discussed, that is, there are 79 rivers below 500 square kilometers and more than 10 square kilometers, which are rich in water resources. However, drinking water enterprises in Youxi County generally exist in small scale, simple production conditions and low quality of personnel. Based on the drinking water supply provided by Fujian Water Conservancy Investment Group (Youxi), this paper designs a 40 ton drinking water purification water plant, which is based on the current urban development scale and operation mode. Combined with the mature and efficient production technology and the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection, the degree of mechanization is relatively high, and combined with the basic mode of partial manual operation, the products with high quality and competitive advantage in the market are produced. In the process of design, the premise of saving investment and reducing production cost is taken into account, and the development prospect is taken into account. By analogy with the same industry and similar factories in our country, the cost performance ratio of the factory can reach the maximum value. According to the process flow of pure water production, the processes are divided and arranged, the production process is clear, the degree of production automation is relatively high, each link is controlled, and the bottled water produced is sterilized by high voltage pulse electric field sterilization technology. Can effectively kill microorganisms in water, will not produce harmful bromate to the human body, no pollution to the environment, no secondary pollution and the problem of three wastes.
