【摘要】：在對(duì)龍灘水電站安全生產(chǎn)管理模式進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從管理、人員、設(shè)備、環(huán)境4個(gè)單元,對(duì)比分析了龍灘水電站安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制評(píng)估內(nèi)、外審情況,指出了存在的問題,并提出了整改措施。同時(shí)指出,建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別自動(dòng)化和決策管理智能化系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別的自動(dòng)化和決策管理的智能化,是安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控工作發(fā)展的方向。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the safety production management mode of Longtan Hydropower Station, this paper compares and analyzes the internal and external audit situation of the safety risk control assessment of Longtan Hydropower Station from the four units of management, personnel, equipment and environment, and points out the existing problems. And put forward rectification measures. At the same time, it is pointed out that establishing an intelligent system for risk identification and decision management, realizing the automation of risk identification and the intellectualization of decision management, is the direction of the development of security risk management.
