【摘要】：目前已投產(chǎn)的大中型水輪發(fā)電機組的各部油槽一般都存在著不同程度的滲漏問題,這樣不僅會造成資源的浪費,而且還會污染環(huán)境,甚至?xí)䥽?yán)重影響到機組的安全生產(chǎn)。為了保證水電站機組的安全運行,考慮到造成滲漏的原因各不相同,以瀑布溝水電站3號水輪發(fā)電機組的水導(dǎo)油槽油位異常事件為例展開了分析研究;通過查閱相關(guān)資料和圖紙,以及實際考察和運行實踐,找出了水導(dǎo)軸承漏油的真正原因。根據(jù)漏油原因,有針對性地制定出處理措施和方法,并進行了相應(yīng)處理,取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:At present, the oil tanks of large and medium-sized hydro-generating units in operation generally have leakage problems of varying degrees, which will not only cause waste of resources, but also pollute the environment, and even seriously affect the safe production of the units. Taking the oil level anomaly in the water guide tank of Pubugou Hydropower Station Unit 3 as an example, this paper analyzes and studies the oil level anomaly in the water guide tank, finds out the real reason of oil leakage in the water guide bearing by consulting the relevant data and drawings, as well as the actual investigation and operation practice, and formulates the treatment measures and methods according to the oil leakage reasons, and carries out the corresponding measures. The treatment has achieved good results.
