【摘要】：正全面推行河長(zhǎng)制工作部際聯(lián)席會(huì)議第一次全體會(huì)議2017年5月2日在北京召開(kāi)。水利部部長(zhǎng)、聯(lián)席會(huì)議召集人陳雷表示,將針對(duì)侵占水域岸線、圍墾湖泊、非法采砂、非法排污、破壞航道、非法養(yǎng)殖、電毒炸魚(yú)以及河道黑臭水體、垃圾堆放等,開(kāi)展清理整治和專(zhuān)項(xiàng)執(zhí)法行動(dòng),嚴(yán)厲打擊涉河湖違法違規(guī)行為,維護(hù)良好的河湖管理秩序。陳雷指出,全面推行河長(zhǎng)制工作時(shí)間緊、任務(wù)重、要求高。目前,各地推進(jìn)力度和工作進(jìn)展不平
[Abstract]:The first plenary session of the Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference on the implementation of the River length system is being held in Beijing on May 2, 2017.
