冷卻塔渦輪機全橢圓軸向出水蝸殼的水力設(shè)計

【摘要】:由于大型機械冷卻塔內(nèi)部空間狹小,驅(qū)動風(fēng)機的渦輪機應(yīng)盡可能減小尺寸、提高效率。為此在結(jié)構(gòu)方面設(shè)計出全橢圓形斷面下端軸向出水的特型蝸殼,大大減小了渦輪機徑向尺寸。并結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)蝸殼的設(shè)計理論推導(dǎo)出全橢圓軸向出水蝸殼在穩(wěn)態(tài)下的水力設(shè)計方法,通過實例設(shè)計與數(shù)值模擬分析可驗證,特型蝸殼的流態(tài)模擬數(shù)據(jù)與設(shè)計工況的理論值相符,且水力損失僅有1.05%,渦輪機的整體效率可達88.25%,性能穩(wěn)定。所設(shè)計的渦輪機因其結(jié)構(gòu)小巧,可直接安裝在冷卻塔的內(nèi)部,對現(xiàn)有電動風(fēng)機冷卻塔的節(jié)能改造具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Because the inner space of large mechanical cooling tower is narrow, the turbine driving fan should be reduced as much as possible and the efficiency should be improved. For this reason, a special volute case with axial outlet at the bottom end of the whole elliptical section is designed, which greatly reduces the radial size of the turbine. Combined with the design theory of the traditional volute, the hydraulic design method of the whole elliptical axial outlet volute under steady state is deduced. It can be verified by the example design and numerical simulation analysis that the flow state simulation data of the special volute is in accordance with the theoretical value of the design condition. The hydraulic loss is only 1.05 and the overall efficiency of the turbine can reach 88.25 and the performance is stable. The designed turbine can be directly installed in the cooling tower because of its small structure. It has a wide application prospect for the energy-saving transformation of the existing electric fan cooling tower.
