【摘要】：正為保證國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題"樞紐泄洪運(yùn)行安全實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)控技術(shù)"順利實(shí)施,課題負(fù)責(zé)單位長(zhǎng)江科學(xué)院水力學(xué)研究所于3月2日在武漢組織召開(kāi)了"課題研究進(jìn)展第一次會(huì)議"。長(zhǎng)江水利委員會(huì)長(zhǎng)江科學(xué)院、天津大學(xué)、水利部交通運(yùn)輸部國(guó)家能源局南京水利科學(xué)研究院、金安橋水電站有限公司、中國(guó)電建集團(tuán)中南勘測(cè)設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司、中國(guó)水利水電科學(xué)研究院等專題單位代表參加會(huì)議。課題負(fù)責(zé)人黃國(guó)兵主持會(huì)議,各專題負(fù)責(zé)人對(duì)課題實(shí)施情況、專題實(shí)施情況及難點(diǎn)等進(jìn)行了匯報(bào),金安橋公司吳華峰總經(jīng)理、中南院水電工程設(shè)計(jì)院張
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the national key R & D project, "Safety and Real time Control Technology for Flood discharge Operation of Hub", The institute of hydraulics of the Changjiang Academy of Sciences organized the first Conference on the Progress of Project Research in Wuhan on March 2. Yangtze River Water Conservancy Commission Yangtze River Academy of Sciences, Tianjin University, Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Water Resources, National Energy Bureau, Nanjing Water Conservancy Research Institute, Jinanqiao Hydropower Station Co., Ltd., China Electric Power Construction Group, Zhongnan Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd., Representatives of the China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Sciences and other special units attended the meeting. The responsible person of the project, Huang Guobing, presided over the meeting. The responsible persons of each topic reported on the implementation of the project, the implementation of the special topic and the difficulties.
