大型圍海工程中的堤身穩(wěn)定性系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:軟基筑堤的大型圍海工程在設(shè)計(jì)和施工方面存在三個(gè)問題:1)缺乏系統(tǒng)、合理的技術(shù)來優(yōu)化圍堤斷面,降低工程造價(jià);2)設(shè)計(jì)和施工缺乏聯(lián)動(dòng)和協(xié)調(diào);3)施工中缺乏系統(tǒng)的堤身穩(wěn)定控制技術(shù)來控制堤身穩(wěn)定。針對以上問題,本文提出了系統(tǒng)堤身穩(wěn)定技術(shù),主要包含設(shè)計(jì)和施工兩個(gè)方面:1)從設(shè)計(jì)角度提出系統(tǒng)堤身穩(wěn)定分析方法;2)從施工角度提出系統(tǒng)堤身穩(wěn)定控制方法。 提出通過設(shè)計(jì)和施工聯(lián)動(dòng),利用工程中的堤身穩(wěn)定的各影響因素,將工程總體的施工進(jìn)度安排和堤身穩(wěn)定分析有機(jī)結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)總體最優(yōu)的工程實(shí)施方案。該方法需要設(shè)計(jì)方和施工方共同參與設(shè)計(jì)方案和施工組織方案的確定,,能夠充分發(fā)揮技術(shù)和工程實(shí)踐的優(yōu)勢,達(dá)到降低工程造價(jià)的目的。同時(shí)該方法充分發(fā)揮設(shè)計(jì)和施工的聯(lián)動(dòng)性和協(xié)調(diào)性,對整個(gè)工程實(shí)施順序的協(xié)調(diào)、銜接進(jìn)行全局性把握,對每段圍堤的施工要點(diǎn)和關(guān)鍵進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)控制,充分體現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)方案和施工組織的緊密協(xié)調(diào)和統(tǒng)一,對于控制工程質(zhì)量和降低工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有重要意義。 系統(tǒng)堤身穩(wěn)定控制方法從施工速率、施工工序、龍口合攏、堤身監(jiān)測和堤身險(xiǎn)情控制等方面提出了合理、可行的控制方法。系統(tǒng)堤身穩(wěn)定控制方法為軟基圍堤的施工組織和施工質(zhì)量控制提供了理論支撐和指導(dǎo)方法,有助于施工方在施工過程有效控制堤身穩(wěn)定,從而減少堤身變形帶來的工程損失。
[Abstract]:There are three problems in the design and construction of the large reclamation project of soft foundation embankment: 1) lack of system, reasonable technology to optimize the section of embankment, and 2) lack of linkage and coordination between design and construction; 3) lack of systematic levee stability control technology to control embankment stability. Aiming at the above problems, this paper puts forward the system embankment stabilization technology, which mainly includes design and construction aspects: 1) from the design point of view, puts forward the system levee stability analysis method 2) puts forward the system dike stability control method from the construction point of view. It is put forward that the overall construction schedule arrangement and dike stability analysis can be combined organically through the linkage of design and construction, and the overall optimal project implementation scheme can be realized by utilizing the influencing factors of levee stability in the project. This method needs the designers and the constructors to participate in the determination of the design scheme and the construction organization plan together, which can give full play to the advantages of technology and engineering practice, and achieve the purpose of reducing the project cost. At the same time, the method can give full play to the linkage and coordination of design and construction, coordinate the implementation sequence of the whole project, and control the key points and key points of construction of each section of embankment. It fully embodies the close coordination and unity between the design scheme and the construction organization, which is of great significance for the control of engineering quality and the reduction of engineering risks. A reasonable and feasible control method is put forward from the aspects of construction rate, construction procedure, closure of the Longkou, monitoring of the dike body and control of the embankment danger. The system embankment stability control method provides a theoretical support and guidance method for the construction organization and construction quality control of the soft foundation embankment, which is helpful for the construction side to effectively control the levee stability during the construction process, thus reducing the engineering losses caused by the embankment deformation.
