水電站鋼岔管水壓試驗(yàn)聲發(fā)射衰減特性研究

【摘要】:為研究水電站壓力鋼岔管聲發(fā)射衰減特性及修正聲發(fā)射定位源幅度,綜合考慮聲發(fā)射信號(hào)的三個(gè)主要衰減因素,提出了一個(gè)適合不同波型的聲發(fā)射信號(hào)聲壓與傳輸距離間的表達(dá)式;建立了不考慮擴(kuò)散衰減的線性擬合模型以及考慮擴(kuò)散衰減的自定義非線性擬合模型;給出了聲發(fā)射定位源的幅度修正方法,并以新疆某鋼岔管水壓試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了模型的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果表明,考慮擴(kuò)散衰減的自定義非線性擬合模型幅度—距離衰減曲線擬合最為理想;幅度修正曲線簡便準(zhǔn)確。研究結(jié)果為類似結(jié)構(gòu)鋼岔管聲發(fā)射衰減特性測試提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the attenuation characteristics of acoustic emission of pressure steel bifurcation pipe in hydropower station and the amplitude of modified acoustic emission location source, three main attenuation factors of acoustic emission signal are considered synthetically. An expression between acoustic pressure and propagation distance of acoustic emission signals with different wave patterns is proposed, and a linear fitting model without considering diffusion attenuation and a self-defined nonlinear fitting model with diffusion attenuation are established. The amplitude correction method of acoustic emission location source is presented, and the accuracy of the model is verified by water pressure test of a steel branch pipe in Xinjiang. The results show that the amplitude-distance attenuation curve fitting of the self-defined nonlinear fitting model considering diffusion attenuation is the most ideal, and the amplitude correction curve is simple and accurate. The results provide a reference for the measurement of acoustic emission attenuation characteristics of steel bifurcated pipes of similar structures.
