【摘要】：葉巴灘水電工程規(guī)模巨大,施工難度高,采用科學(xué)的方法優(yōu)選出安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、合理的施工初期導(dǎo)流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)意義重大。結(jié)合該工程施工期特點(diǎn),基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析理論,從歷史洪水、實(shí)測(cè)洪水、初期導(dǎo)流風(fēng)險(xiǎn)率、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策等多方面展開(kāi)了系統(tǒng)分析。結(jié)果表明,葉巴灘水電站施工初期導(dǎo)流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選擇20 a一遇洪水是科學(xué)合理的。分析方法可為高拱壩施工初期導(dǎo)流標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的優(yōu)選提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Because of the large scale and high difficulty of construction, it is of great significance to select safety, economic and reasonable standard of diversion in the early stage of construction by scientific method. According to the characteristics of the project during the construction period and based on the theory of risk analysis, the systematic analysis is carried out from the aspects of historical flood, measured flood, initial diversion risk rate, risk decision, and so on. The results show that it is scientific and reasonable to select the standard of diversion in the initial stage of construction of Yabatan Hydropower Station. The analytical method can be used for reference for the optimal selection of initial diversion standards for high arch dams.
