【摘要】：北方渠道大多使用保溫板防止混凝土襯砌受凍脹破壞。在計(jì)算保溫板厚度時(shí)為了降低成本,容易忽略保溫板使用過程中受各種因素的影響導(dǎo)致保溫效果變差的情況,使混凝土襯砌達(dá)不到設(shè)計(jì)使用年限便提前被破壞。內(nèi)蒙古河套灌區(qū)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,由于受酸雨、凍融作用、含水量等因素的影響,保溫板保溫效果平均每年降低0.9℃,其中受含水量變化的影響最大。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)測得:聚苯乙烯保溫板(EPS)含水量每增加1%,會導(dǎo)致導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)增大5%�；诙鄬硬牧洗�(lián)熱阻疊加原理和熱阻等效原理,對保溫板厚度計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行完善,并提出相應(yīng)的鋪設(shè)方法和施工技術(shù)要求。該設(shè)計(jì)對保溫板在季節(jié)性凍土區(qū)的推廣應(yīng)用具有一定參考價(jià)值。
