含水量對渠道保溫板保溫耐久性的影響及保溫板厚度設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:北方渠道大多使用保溫板防止混凝土襯砌受凍脹破壞。在計(jì)算保溫板厚度時(shí)為了降低成本,容易忽略保溫板使用過程中受各種因素的影響導(dǎo)致保溫效果變差的情況,使混凝土襯砌達(dá)不到設(shè)計(jì)使用年限便提前被破壞。內(nèi)蒙古河套灌區(qū)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,由于受酸雨、凍融作用、含水量等因素的影響,保溫板保溫效果平均每年降低0.9℃,其中受含水量變化的影響最大。經(jīng)試驗(yàn)測得:聚苯乙烯保溫板(EPS)含水量每增加1%,會導(dǎo)致導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)增大5%;诙鄬硬牧洗(lián)熱阻疊加原理和熱阻等效原理,對保溫板厚度計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行完善,并提出相應(yīng)的鋪設(shè)方法和施工技術(shù)要求。該設(shè)計(jì)對保溫板在季節(jié)性凍土區(qū)的推廣應(yīng)用具有一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The northern canal mostly uses insulation board to prevent concrete lining from being damaged by frost heaving. In order to reduce the cost in calculating the thickness of the insulation board, it is easy to ignore the situation that the insulation effect becomes worse due to the influence of various factors in the process of using the insulation board, so that the concrete lining can not reach the design service life and is destroyed in advance.
