支溝堰塞湖潰決引發(fā)主河洪水計算方法研究

【摘要】:支溝冰磧堰塞湖潰決洪水是我國鐵路、高速公路建設未應對過的新風險,此外,西藏地區(qū)的河道還往往具有寬窄相間的復雜形狀,直接應用洪峰展平法計算潰決洪水的演進過程誤差過大。通過水槽實驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)由于支溝潰決洪水入?yún)R主河時分流擴散、到達河道突縮段時因流態(tài)紊亂導致局部阻力損失增大,洪峰流量和水深在匯口和突縮段均出現(xiàn)明顯衰減。針對上述的衰減現(xiàn)象,對李斯特萬公式和謝任之公式進行修正,在原式基礎上添加了折減系數(shù)以適用于復雜情況下的洪水計算。經(jīng)米堆冰湖潰決案例檢驗表明:修正后的公式精度明顯提高,可作為一種與鐵路、公路選線原則方案確定階段精度要求相匹配的潰決洪水風險快速評估方法使用。
[Abstract]:The outburst flood of Zhigou moraine dammed lake is a new risk in China's railway and highway construction. In addition, the rivers in Tibet often have a complex shape of width and narrow. The error of direct application of Hong Feng flattening method in calculating the course of outburst flood is too large. Through the flume experiment, it is found that when the branch ditch collapses into the main river, the local resistance loss increases due to the disturbance of the flow pattern, and the Hong Feng discharge and the water depth decrease obviously at the Huikou and the sudden contraction section. In view of the above attenuation phenomenon, the Listevan formula and the Xie Ren formula are modified, and the reduction coefficient is added to the original formula to apply to the flood calculation under complex conditions. The result of the case study shows that the modified formula can be used as a fast assessment method of outburst flood risk, which can be used in accordance with the precision requirement of railway and highway route selection principle.
