不同導(dǎo)葉參數(shù)對(duì)混流泵水力性能的影響
[Abstract]:In order to find out the influence of different guide blade parameters on the hydraulic performance of the mixed flow pump, the model pump with a specific speed of 438 is studied. On the basis of the model test verification, the computational fluid dynamics method is applied to the conventional guide blade design and the number of 4 different guide vane numbers is numerically simulated under the condition of keeping the other parameters constant. The scheme and the hydraulic performance of the mixed flow pump section of 7 different guide vane sweeping angle schemes are presented. The numerical simulation results show that the change of the number of guide vane has an obvious influence on the outer characteristics of the mixed flow pump, and there are different optimal number of blades under different flow rates. The number of blades should be increased properly when the small flow condition runs, and the blade should be appropriately reduced when the large flow condition is running. The sweep angle of different guide vane has a significant influence on the large flow area, and the different flow rates have different optimal blade sweep angles and gradually change from -16 degrees to +24 degrees with the increase of the flow rate; the effect of the calculation on the efficiency of the swept angle range is 5.5%. when the flow rate is 510 L/s.
