不同導(dǎo)葉參數(shù)對(duì)混流泵水力性能的影響

【摘要】:為探求不同導(dǎo)葉參數(shù)對(duì)混流泵水力性能的影響,以比轉(zhuǎn)速為438的模型泵為研究對(duì)象,在模型試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證的基礎(chǔ)上,采用計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)方法,以常規(guī)導(dǎo)葉設(shè)計(jì)為基礎(chǔ),在保持其他參數(shù)不變的情況下,分別數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算了4種不同導(dǎo)葉葉片數(shù)方案和7種不同導(dǎo)葉片掃掠角度方案的混流泵段水力性能。數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果表明:改變導(dǎo)葉葉片數(shù)對(duì)混流泵段外特性影響明顯,不同流量下存在不同的最優(yōu)葉片數(shù),小流量工況運(yùn)行時(shí),應(yīng)適當(dāng)增加葉片數(shù),大流量工況運(yùn)行時(shí),應(yīng)適當(dāng)減少葉片數(shù);不同導(dǎo)葉片掃掠角度對(duì)大流量區(qū)域影響顯著,不同流量存在不同的最優(yōu)導(dǎo)葉片掃掠角度且隨著流量的增大從-16°逐漸偏向+24°;在流量為510 L/s時(shí),計(jì)算掃掠角度范圍內(nèi)對(duì)效率的影響達(dá)5.5%。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the influence of different guide blade parameters on the hydraulic performance of the mixed flow pump, the model pump with a specific speed of 438 is studied. On the basis of the model test verification, the computational fluid dynamics method is applied to the conventional guide blade design and the number of 4 different guide vane numbers is numerically simulated under the condition of keeping the other parameters constant. The scheme and the hydraulic performance of the mixed flow pump section of 7 different guide vane sweeping angle schemes are presented. The numerical simulation results show that the change of the number of guide vane has an obvious influence on the outer characteristics of the mixed flow pump, and there are different optimal number of blades under different flow rates. The number of blades should be increased properly when the small flow condition runs, and the blade should be appropriately reduced when the large flow condition is running. The sweep angle of different guide vane has a significant influence on the large flow area, and the different flow rates have different optimal blade sweep angles and gradually change from -16 degrees to +24 degrees with the increase of the flow rate; the effect of the calculation on the efficiency of the swept angle range is 5.5%. when the flow rate is 510 L/s.
