【摘要】：河道治理工程會對當地居民的生產、生活產生一定的經濟風險,因此預估工程經濟風險的風險等級對經濟社會的恢復和穩(wěn)定有重大意義。選取14個經濟風險評估因素,以里下河地區(qū)河道治理工程為例,通過發(fā)放和統計經濟風險等級調查表,將經濟風險的發(fā)生概率和影響程度劃分為5個等級,進而預估了河道治理工程中對經濟社會產生重大影響的14個風險因素的等級。結果表明,里下河地區(qū)河道治理工程的經濟風險等級總的來說是一般程度,而且有些風險因素對經濟的影響程度甚微,發(fā)生較嚴重和嚴重經濟風險的可能性較小。最后結合風險識別和風險評估結論,補充、優(yōu)化和完善里下河洼地治理工程的風險防范和化解措施,進而在后期類似河道治理工程中,針對重點風險提出相關防范措施,對于恢復當地居民生活生產、維護工程區(qū)社會穩(wěn)定和保障工程順利進行有一定的現實意義。
[Abstract]:The river regulation project will produce certain economic risk to the production and life of the local residents, so it is of great significance to estimate the risk grade of the engineering economic risk for the recovery and stability of the economic society. Taking the river regulation project in Lixiahe area as an example, the probability and influence degree of economic risk are divided into 5 grades by issuing and statistics of economic risk grade questionnaire. Furthermore, the grade of 14 risk factors which have great influence on economy and society in river treatment project is estimated. The results show that the economic risk grade of river regulation project in Lixiahe area is general, and some risk factors have little influence on economy, and the probability of serious and serious economic risk is small. Finally, combined with the risk identification and risk assessment conclusions, to supplement, optimize and improve the Lixiahe depression control project risk prevention and resolution measures, and then in the later similar river treatment projects, to put forward the key risk prevention measures, It is of practical significance to restore local residents' life and production, to maintain social stability in the engineering area and to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
