【摘要】：水庫是人類生存發(fā)展不可或缺的組成部分,對于水庫健康的研究是關(guān)系到人類生命財產(chǎn)安全、社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要課題之一,有利于水庫工程實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)運行及工程效益的長久發(fā)揮。本文通過分析平原水庫特點及運行情況,提出了平原水庫的健康概念、健康影響因素、健康評價體系以及健康評價方法,為平原水庫的可持續(xù)運行提供技術(shù)支持。論文主要研究內(nèi)容包括:(1)分析研究平原水庫建設(shè)、運行、管理狀況,提出了平原水庫健康的新定義,并闡述了平原水庫健康的內(nèi)涵。在平原水庫健康新定義的基礎(chǔ)上,提出影響平原水庫健康的因素。(2)依據(jù)平原水庫健康影響因素,構(gòu)建了平原水庫健康評價指標(biāo)體系,分為目標(biāo)層、準(zhǔn)則層1、準(zhǔn)則層2、指標(biāo)層四個層次。評價體系包括24個指標(biāo)其中定性指標(biāo)2個,定量指標(biāo)22個。(3)對各項指標(biāo)進行了表征量化,結(jié)合平原水庫健康評價特點,引用層次分析法,根據(jù)各位專家的意見打分,確定了平原水庫健康評價各層的權(quán)重指數(shù);在咨詢專家,參考相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)與規(guī)范,借鑒有關(guān)專家研究的基礎(chǔ)上,確定每個等級指標(biāo)獨立的評分值。(4)研究了平原水庫的健康分級,將平原水庫健康評價等級劃分為健康、亞健康、輕度病變、重度病變、危情五個等級。
[Abstract]:Reservoir is an indispensable part of human survival and development. The study of reservoir health is one of the important topics related to the safety of human life and property and the development of social economy. It is beneficial to the sustainable operation of reservoir engineering and the long-term exertion of project benefit. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and operation of plain reservoir, this paper puts forward the concept of health, health influencing factors, health evaluation system and health evaluation method of plain reservoir, which provides technical support for the sustainable operation of plain reservoir. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) analyzing the construction, operation and management of plain reservoir, putting forward a new definition of plain reservoir health, and expounding the connotation of plain reservoir health. On the basis of the new definition of plain reservoir health, the paper puts forward the factors that affect the plain reservoir health. According to the plain reservoir health influence factors, the evaluation index system of plain reservoir health is constructed, which can be divided into target layers. Criterion layer 1, criterion layer 2, index layer 4 levels. The evaluation system includes 24 indexes, of which 2 are qualitative indexes and 22 are quantitative indexes. The indexes are characterized and quantified. In combination with the health assessment characteristics of plain reservoirs, the AHP method is cited and scored according to the opinions of the experts. The weight index of each layer of health assessment of plain reservoir is determined, and the health grading of plain reservoir is studied by consulting experts, referring to relevant documents and norms, referring to relevant expert research, and determining the independent score value of each grade index. The health evaluation grade of plain reservoir was divided into five grades: health, sub-health, mild lesion, severe disease and critical condition.
