【摘要】：針對(duì)西寺坪電站在甩負(fù)荷后轉(zhuǎn)至孤網(wǎng)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中,出現(xiàn)的多臺(tái)機(jī)組成組調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)程中振蕩過(guò)速的情況,研究了調(diào)速器比例—積分—微分(PID)控制模型,找出了事故原因,提出了調(diào)速器程序及參數(shù)的處理方法,認(rèn)為當(dāng)系統(tǒng)頻率大于52Hz時(shí),若PID比例項(xiàng)的增量輸出大于0,將PID比例項(xiàng)的增量輸出清零;當(dāng)系統(tǒng)頻率小于48Hz時(shí),若PID比例項(xiàng)的增量輸出小于0,亦將PID比例項(xiàng)的增量輸出清零;當(dāng)系統(tǒng)頻率介于48~52 Hz之間時(shí),正常PID調(diào)節(jié)。之后通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了修改后調(diào)速器的性能。結(jié)果表明,修改后調(diào)速器調(diào)節(jié)性能反應(yīng)良好。研究結(jié)果為相似運(yùn)行方式條件下的多機(jī)組成組調(diào)節(jié)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In view of the oscillatory overspeed of several units in the process of group adjustment, the proportional integral-differential PID-control model of the governor is studied, and the cause of the accident is found out, in view of the oscillation overspeed of several units in the course of switching to the isolated network after load rejection, the control model of the governor is studied and the reason of the accident is found out. The program of governor and the processing method of parameters are put forward. When the system frequency is greater than 52 Hz, if the increment output of pid proportional term is greater than 0, the increment output of pid proportional term is eliminated, and when the system frequency is less than 48 Hz, If the incremental output of the pid proportional term is less than 0, the incremental output of the pid proportional term is also eliminated, and when the system frequency is between 48 and 52 Hz, the normal pid is adjusted. The performance of the modified governor is verified by field test. The results show that the adjusting performance of the modified governor is good. The results can be used for reference for multi-machine group regulation under similar operation mode.
