梁系建模方式對(duì)弧形鋼閘門(mén)運(yùn)行特性的影響

【摘要】:以某水電站溢洪道弧形鋼閘門(mén)為例,利用ANSYS軟件建立弧形鋼閘門(mén)的兩種不同的有限元模型。以閘門(mén)開(kāi)啟瞬間為運(yùn)行工況進(jìn)行靜力學(xué)分析和自振分析,比較兩種有限元模型主要構(gòu)件的最大折算應(yīng)力值及其分布,以及閘門(mén)的自振頻率和各階振型圖。結(jié)果表明:模型2的復(fù)核計(jì)算較模型1更為安全,兩種方式的自振頻率差異很小。因此,在閘門(mén)分析中應(yīng)盡可能采用第二種建模方式。
[Abstract]:Taking the arc steel gate of spillway of a hydropower station as an example, two different finite element models of arc steel gate are established by using ANSYS software. Static analysis and natural vibration analysis are carried out under the operating conditions of the gate opening moment. The maximum converted stress values and their distributions of the main components of the two finite element models are compared, as well as the natural vibration frequency and the vibration patterns of each order of the gate. The results show that the checking calculation of model 2 is more secure than that of model 1, and the difference of natural frequencies between the two methods is very small. Therefore, the second modeling method should be used as far as possible in gate analysis.
