【摘要】：本文對項(xiàng)目管理及項(xiàng)目管理的基本概念及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了定義，并對項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理進(jìn)程六項(xiàng)任務(wù)，包含活動(dòng)定義，活動(dòng)排序，活動(dòng)資源估計(jì)，活動(dòng)歷時(shí)估算，進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制和進(jìn)度控制，本文結(jié)合泵站項(xiàng)目對這六部分進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。 本文著重論述時(shí)間管理的方法,介紹關(guān)鍵路徑法(CPM)，采用正推和逆推法找出關(guān)鍵路徑，并用甘特圖進(jìn)行表示。 在項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中產(chǎn)生了進(jìn)度偏差，通過時(shí)間管理理論進(jìn)行分析偏差產(chǎn)生原因及采取措施，從而保證項(xiàng)目按時(shí)完工，為以后類似的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施積累寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制中采用組織措施，合同措施，，管理措施，技術(shù)措施等項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度控制，也在泵站項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐中得到具體的實(shí)踐。 實(shí)際泵站改造項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理關(guān)鍵是現(xiàn)場施工的進(jìn)度控制，作為總包方，為跨國項(xiàng)目且是改造項(xiàng)目提供方案，要比新建項(xiàng)目面臨更多的突發(fā)狀況，和不可控因素，例如存在著很多的新舊設(shè)備接口的對接，及因?yàn)榘惭b公司是當(dāng)?shù)爻邪�，文化等�?xí)慣差異的不確定因素，所以實(shí)施科學(xué)的項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理是非常必要的，只有做好了項(xiàng)目的時(shí)間管理才可以規(guī)避這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，能夠保證合同工期的按時(shí)完成，有效的降低項(xiàng)目成本，在最短的時(shí)間為客戶提供所需要的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),并為新的類似項(xiàng)目積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the basic concepts and characteristics of project management and project management are defined, and six tasks of project time management process, including activity definition, activity ranking, activity resource estimation, activity duration estimation, are discussed. Schedule planning and schedule control, combined with the pumping station project, the six parts are described in detail. This paper mainly discusses the method of time management, introduces the critical path method (CPM), finds out the critical path by positive and inverse methods, and expresses it with Gantt diagram. In the process of project implementation, the schedule deviation is produced, the causes of the deviation are analyzed by time management theory and measures are taken to ensure the completion of the project on time, and to accumulate valuable experience for the implementation of similar projects in the future. In the project schedule control, organization measures, contract measures, management measures, technical measures and other project schedule control, also in the pumping station project practice concrete practice. The key to the project time management of the actual pumping station renovation project is to control the progress of the on-site construction. As the general contractor, the project provides a plan for the transnational project and the reconstruction project. It faces more emergencies and uncontrollable factors than the new project. For example, there are many interfaces between old and new equipment, and because the installation company is a local contracting company, cultural and other customary differences are uncertain factors, so it is very necessary to implement scientific project time management. Only when the time management of the project is done can we avoid these risks, ensure the completion of the contract on time, effectively reduce the project cost, and provide customers with the products and services they need in the shortest possible time. And accumulate experience for new similar projects.
