【摘要】:本文通過對貫流式水電站動(dòng)力特性國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,以及廠內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行和水電站有功負(fù)荷分配國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的分析,指出了目前水電站發(fā)電效益存在的問題以及目前采用的有功負(fù)荷分配方法的不足。在國家科技支撐計(jì)劃課題(編號:2012BAD10B01):農(nóng)村小水電高效發(fā)電技術(shù)與設(shè)備研制基金支持下,本文對貫流式水電站動(dòng)力特性進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,對水電站有功負(fù)荷分配算法進(jìn)行了研究,開發(fā)了某水電站動(dòng)力特性分析及有功負(fù)荷分配系統(tǒng)軟件,F(xiàn)將本文的主要研究工作和成果總結(jié)如下: 1.介紹了本課題的研究背景與意義,調(diào)研了水電站動(dòng)力特性、廠內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行、有功負(fù)荷分配算法國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,為文章進(jìn)一步分析水電站動(dòng)力特性和有功負(fù)荷分配研究做準(zhǔn)備。 2.概述了貫流式水電站機(jī)組動(dòng)力特性。研究了水輪機(jī)組典型動(dòng)力特性曲線,給出了機(jī)組段流量特性曲線、流量微增率曲線的繪制原理,同時(shí)給出了動(dòng)力特性曲線計(jì)算機(jī)智能繪制的詳細(xì)步驟,最后以湖南某水電站為例進(jìn)行了閘門動(dòng)力特性分析。 3.建立了貫流式水電站的動(dòng)力特性方程。研究了從水輪機(jī)的原型試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)、模型綜合特性曲線、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)綜合特性曲線、以及計(jì)算機(jī)歷史監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)中獲取模糊動(dòng)力特性數(shù)據(jù)的方法,并進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)處理。在有實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)和無實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)兩種情況下建立了動(dòng)力特性方程,最后研究了動(dòng)力特性方程的修正策略。 4.對水電站有功負(fù)荷分配問題進(jìn)行了深入研究,以湖南某水電站為例,首先進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力特性分析。依據(jù)水電站最優(yōu)準(zhǔn)則建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,采用動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃法和改進(jìn)的PSO算法分別對該水電站有功負(fù)荷分配進(jìn)行了求解分析。實(shí)例表明,這兩種方法都能提高水電站的效益,是可行的。 5.針對某貫流式水電站,結(jié)合水電站廠內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行原理,開發(fā)了該水電站動(dòng)力特性分析及有功負(fù)荷分配系統(tǒng)軟件,介紹了系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),系統(tǒng)性能特點(diǎn)和系統(tǒng)功能。 6.系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)了本文的主要研究內(nèi)容,并對下一步的研究工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the domestic and international research status of the dynamic characteristics of tubular hydropower stations, as well as the economic operation of the plant and the distribution of the active power load of the hydropower stations at home and abroad. This paper points out the problems existing in the power generation efficiency of hydropower stations and the deficiency of the active power load distribution method adopted at present. With the support of the National Science and Technology support Program (No.: 2012BAD10B01: rural small Hydropower Generation Technology and equipment Development Fund), this paper makes a detailed analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the tubular hydropower station, and studies the active load distribution algorithm of the hydropower station. The software of dynamic characteristic analysis and active load distribution system of a hydropower station is developed. The main research work and achievements of this paper are summarized as follows: 1. This paper introduces the research background and significance of this subject, investigates the dynamic characteristics of hydropower stations, the economic operation in the plant, and the research status of active load distribution algorithm at home and abroad, and makes preparations for further analysis of the dynamic characteristics and active load distribution of hydropower stations in this paper. 2. The dynamic characteristics of units in tubular hydropower stations are summarized. The typical dynamic characteristic curve of hydraulic turbine unit is studied, the drawing principle of flow characteristic curve and flow rate curve of unit section are given, and the detailed steps of computer intelligent drawing of dynamic characteristic curve are given. Finally, taking a hydropower station in Hunan as an example, the dynamic characteristics of the gate are analyzed. 3. The dynamic characteristic equation of tubular hydropower station is established. The method of obtaining fuzzy dynamic characteristic data from prototype test data, model synthesis characteristic curve, operation comprehensive characteristic curve and computer history monitoring data is studied, and the data processing is carried out. The dynamic characteristic equation is established with and without the measured data. Finally, the modification strategy of the dynamic characteristic equation is studied. 4. In this paper, the active load distribution of hydropower stations is deeply studied, and the dynamic characteristics of a hydropower station in Hunan Province are analyzed. According to the optimal criterion of hydropower station, the mathematical model is established, and the dynamic programming method and the improved PSO algorithm are used to solve and analyze the active load distribution of the hydropower station. Examples show that both of these two methods can improve the benefit of hydropower station and are feasible. 5. Based on the economic operation principle of a tubular hydropower station, the system software for dynamic characteristic analysis and active load distribution of the hydropower station is developed. The system structure, system performance characteristics and system functions are introduced. 6. The main research contents of this paper are summarized systematically, and the future research work is prospected.
