【摘要】:隨著常規(guī)化石能源的日益枯竭和環(huán)境問題的不斷突顯,風能等可再生能源越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。近幾年,風電發(fā)電技術(shù)的逐漸提高,降低了風電發(fā)電的成本,為風力發(fā)電的大規(guī)模發(fā)展提供了可能性。但風能資源受到自然環(huán)境的影響,導(dǎo)致風出力具有很強的隨機性、間歇性和不可控性,大規(guī)模風電并網(wǎng)會對電力系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生很大的沖擊,因此,風電并網(wǎng)一直以來困擾著國內(nèi)外風電場大規(guī)模的發(fā)展。 風電場與抽水蓄能電站的聯(lián)合運行,可以將不可控的風電轉(zhuǎn)化為可靠性電源,有效降低風電對電網(wǎng)的影響。抽水蓄能電站作為電力系統(tǒng)中的一種特殊電源,通過抽水工況和發(fā)電工況,在系統(tǒng)中既可作為電源又能作為負荷,把風電場輸出的功率進行“時間”和“空間”上的再分配,以實現(xiàn)更多的風力發(fā)電并網(wǎng)。在風力發(fā)電、光伏發(fā)電等新興能源快速發(fā)展,多種能源并存的新形勢下,實施多能互補,也是發(fā)揮多種能源各自優(yōu)勢,取長補短的重要措施。 本文以“新疆艾比湖多能互補可再生能源基地規(guī)劃”課題為應(yīng)用背景,按照中國“十二五”風電“規(guī)模性開發(fā)與分散開發(fā)相結(jié)合”的新能源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略要求,首先介紹了風電開發(fā)與抽水蓄能電站聯(lián)合建設(shè)問題研究背景,分析了當前的國內(nèi)外研究情況,研究了目前加快開發(fā)風電與抽水蓄能電站聯(lián)合建設(shè)面臨的問題。然后,對風電與抽水蓄能電站聯(lián)合運行的相關(guān)原理進行了分析,闡述了進行風電開發(fā)與抽水蓄能電站聯(lián)合建設(shè)的必要性與優(yōu)勢。最后,結(jié)合新疆艾比湖可再生能源建設(shè)基地的實際,進行實證分析,提出多能互補可再生能源建設(shè)方案,并分析風電開發(fā)與抽水蓄能電站聯(lián)合建設(shè)的經(jīng)濟性與可行性。
[Abstract]:With the depletion of conventional fossil energy and environmental problems, more and more people pay attention to renewable energy such as wind energy. In recent years, with the gradual improvement of wind power generation technology, the cost of wind power generation has been reduced, which provides the possibility for large-scale development of wind power generation. However, wind energy resources are affected by natural environment, which leads to strong randomness, intermittent and uncontrollable wind output, and large-scale wind power grid connection will have a great impact on the power system. Wind power grid has been puzzling the large-scale development of wind farms at home and abroad. The combined operation of wind farm and pumped storage power station can transform uncontrollable wind power into a reliable power supply and effectively reduce the influence of wind power on the power grid. As a special power source in power system, pumped storage power station can redistribute the output power of wind farm in "time" and "space" through pumping and generating conditions, which can be used as both power supply and load in the system. In order to achieve more wind power grid. Under the new situation of the rapid development of wind power, photovoltaic power and other new energy sources and the coexistence of many kinds of energy, it is also an important measure to give full play to the respective advantages of various energy sources and make up for each other's weaknesses. In this paper, based on the application background of "Planning of Xinjiang Ebinur Lake Multi-energy complementary Renewable Energy Base", according to the new energy development strategy requirements of China's "12th Five-Year Plan" wind power "scale development and decentralized development", This paper first introduces the research background of wind power development and the joint construction of pumped storage power station, analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and studies the problems faced by speeding up the development of wind power and pumped storage power station. Then, the related principles of wind power and pumped storage power station combined operation are analyzed, and the necessity and advantages of wind power development and pumped storage power station joint construction are expounded. Finally, combining with the reality of the construction base of renewable energy in Ebinur Lake, Xinjiang, this paper makes an empirical analysis, puts forward the construction scheme of renewable energy with multi-energy complementary, and analyzes the economy and feasibility of the combined construction of wind power development and pumped storage power station.
