海洋環(huán)境下混凝土中鋼筋銹蝕試驗(yàn)及耐久性計(jì)算方法

【摘要】:鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)廣泛應(yīng)用于沿海工程中,海洋環(huán)境下鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性問(wèn)題成為沿海工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與維護(hù)中面臨的一個(gè)十分嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題。綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外統(tǒng)計(jì)資料發(fā)現(xiàn),海洋環(huán)境下鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性破壞主要是由于氯離子侵蝕導(dǎo)致的鋼筋銹蝕引起的。目前針對(duì)氯離子侵蝕的研究,大多沒(méi)有考慮荷載的影響;對(duì)于混凝土內(nèi)鋼筋銹蝕的研究也多為定性研究,且現(xiàn)有的鋼筋銹蝕速率模型差異較大。 本文在前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)海洋環(huán)境下受荷混凝土中氯離子擴(kuò)散試驗(yàn)和室內(nèi)環(huán)境下內(nèi)摻不同含量的氯鹽加速鋼筋銹蝕試驗(yàn),分別得到了考慮荷載影響的氯離子侵蝕模型和室內(nèi)加速條件下鋼筋銹蝕模型。初步建立了室內(nèi)加速環(huán)境試驗(yàn)與實(shí)際自然環(huán)境之間的時(shí)間相關(guān)關(guān)系,,從而將試驗(yàn)所得模型應(yīng)用到結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性分析系統(tǒng)中,并通過(guò)算例對(duì)高樁碼頭進(jìn)行了耐久性壽命評(píng)估與預(yù)測(cè)。 主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)通過(guò)室內(nèi)模擬海洋環(huán)境下鹽霧區(qū)和潮汐區(qū)受荷混凝土中氯離子擴(kuò)散試驗(yàn),分析了表面氯離子濃度如何取值,荷載對(duì)氯離子擴(kuò)散系數(shù)的影響,分別得到了鹽霧環(huán)境和潮汐環(huán)境下考慮荷載修正系數(shù)的氯離子擴(kuò)散模型; (2)通過(guò)室內(nèi)環(huán)境下內(nèi)摻不同含量的氯鹽加速鋼筋銹蝕試驗(yàn),研究鋼筋銹蝕速率的時(shí)變過(guò)程和鋼筋銹蝕速率與氯離子含量關(guān)系,擬合出室內(nèi)加速條件下鋼筋銹蝕速率模型,并進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證; (3)依據(jù)多重環(huán)境時(shí)間相似理論,初步建立混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性室內(nèi)加速環(huán)境與實(shí)際自然環(huán)境之間的時(shí)間相關(guān)關(guān)系; (4)基于JC法計(jì)算海洋環(huán)境下鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度,通過(guò)算例對(duì)高樁碼頭面板、橫梁和樁的正常使用極限狀態(tài)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)可靠度分析,耐久性壽命評(píng)估與預(yù)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Reinforced concrete structures are widely used in coastal engineering. The durability of reinforced concrete structures in marine environment has become a very serious problem in the design and maintenance of coastal engineering structures. It is found that the durability damage of reinforced concrete structures under marine environment is mainly caused by corrosion of steel bars caused by chloride ion erosion. At present, most of the researches on chloride corrosion do not consider the effect of load, and the researches on corrosion of steel bars in concrete are mostly qualitative, and the existing models of corrosion rate of steel bars differ greatly. In this paper, based on the previous research results, the chloride ion diffusion test in loaded concrete under marine environment and the accelerated corrosion test of steel bar with different contents of chlorine salt in indoor environment are carried out. The chloride erosion model considering the load and the reinforcing bar corrosion model under indoor accelerated condition were obtained respectively. The temporal correlation between indoor accelerated environmental test and actual natural environment is established, and the model is applied to the durability analysis system of structure, and the durability life of high pile wharf is evaluated and forecasted by an example. The main contents of the study are as follows: 1) through indoor simulation of chloride ion diffusion test in salt fog zone and tidal zone of loaded concrete in marine environment, the value of surface chlorine ion concentration and the influence of load on chloride ion diffusion coefficient are analyzed. The chloride diffusion model considering load correction coefficient in salt fog environment and tidal environment is obtained respectively. (2) through the accelerated corrosion test of reinforcing bars with different chlorine salts in indoor environment, the time-varying process of corrosion rate and the relationship between corrosion rate and chloride ion content are studied, and the model of corrosion rate of steel bars under indoor accelerated conditions is fitted. And verified; (3) based on the time similarity theory of multiple environments, the temporal correlation between the indoor accelerated environment and the natural environment of concrete structure is preliminarily established. 4) based on JC method, the reliability of reinforced concrete structures in marine environment is calculated. The structural reliability analysis, durability life evaluation and prediction of the normal service limit state of high pile wharf face slab, beam and pile are carried out through an example.
